I’ve been very impressed with this machine. I was apprehensive about going to a ventless dryer, but it truly does a great job. It takes a little longer to dry the clothes, but it hasn’t been an issue at all. I’d definitely recommend this dryer to anyone looking for a compact model.

I've had my stackable dryer for a few weeks now, and I've been happy with my purchase. I was delighted to find a ductless dryer that didn't require constant cleaning of a condenser. It does take a little longer for things to dry, but is totally worth it given it is energy efficient and environmentally friendly.

Fits nicely in small spaces, purchased for apartment closet hook up. Best Buy delivery was cancelled the day of delivery and rescheduled. Second attempt they installed the washer and dryer, but did not use the stack mounting brackets. The dryer would shift when the washer ran the spin cycle. Luckily the closet did not allow it to fall completely off. Best Buys 3rd attempt to fix issue was a no show. 4th attempt they got it corrected.

Paired this up with the 2.4cu ft washer. We love the size for our small under counter space in the bathroom. Definitely have to do smaller loads. ThinQ app is neat, and will tell you when a load is done. Opted for this over an all in one washer/dryer over concerns of the prolonged dry times of that technology. This works great. Maybe an hour to dry a load. We put our bathroom vent on to help pull any moisture out of the bathroom.

LG Electric Dryer

This LG dryer has worked very well so far over the first month that i've owned it. The one drawback is that being a ventless electric dryer, it does take considerable longer to dry even smaller / medium sized loads (e.g. 1 1/2 to 2 hrs). But other than that, I have no complaints so far.

I have only used it a week. It's a bit confusing. You have way too many options that are not the usual. Sometimes when. feel the clothes in the dryer they feel damp. You take them out for 5 seconds and they feel dry. Very odd. It does take longer for drying and again the settings are too many and confusing. Cannot do large bedding so one blanket at a time.

This has excellent performance for a ventless dryer. It takes longer obv. But clothes come out perfectly dry, but not cooked. The capacity and drum are also big for a 24". The UI of the interface is hard to read, I also dont understand why you cannot set a heat level. That said it hasnt destroyed any clothes. I have had an older lg washerdryer all in one (one unit) and that thing sucked at washing and drying and damaged clothes. This is good, performs like a full size vented. Includes stacking kit (just two brackets) and a little drain hose.

Heat pump dryer works great. The clothes take a little longer to dry but I don't mind. Energy savings are real, I'm saving about 70 -80 cents a load. This will add up as I do 2 loads a day. No dryer vent, no ambient condition air loss. The dryer is warm to the touch after a load and no cold air is discharged. It's a little more time to clean the lint as it's a fine line filter and needs rinsing every 10 loads. Great addition to the house.

I love the looks of this dryer and its size; however, it came without an electrical cord. My installer had to go out and purchase one. Why? This was disappointing for me.

Wished I could have gotten the 27 inches by my place didn’t allowed me due to the size of my laundry room. This 24 inches was an easy solution with a modern look design. Easy to use and perfect for myself as it’s just myself using it.

Love my dryer! It is easy to determine what setting to use for what. For all my sports cloths just hit the sports setting. These items are usually made of a stretch material that doesn't need to be dried as long and should be dried at a lower temp. It does just that. It has a wireless connection that tells me when the clothes are finished so that I don't forget and leave them in to wrinkle.
I couldn't have made a better choice!

This was our second ventless dryer from LG and unfortunately it did not live up to the performance of the previous appliance. This one took a little longer to dry the clothes but still got the job done. As we approached the 1 year anniversary of this purchase the dryer started to take longer and longer to dry clothes, eventually not being able to dry the clothes at all. After runnning for 3-4 hours clothes were still wet without any moisture removed.
We contacted LG support and they offered to send out a authorized technician. The technician's first visit resulted in them ordering a part to be replaced, when they arrived to service the unit they said they did not need to the part and re-evaluated the appliance. They stated all the components are working and the appliance is working as designed. The technician then witnessed the unit trying to dry two towels and did not removed any moisture from the towels after 20 mins. They said they could not do anything and that they had seen this problem with many of the same model.
I reached back out to LG support and was told they will not do anything else to help resolve the situation as the technicians notes stated the unit is working as designed.
We now have a $1100 clothes dryer that does nothing except leave us with warm wet clothes. Very, very disappointed with the appliance and LG support.

Plenty of drying options. Vast majority of my dry cycles complete in 2hrs or less. I'd say average is around 90 minutes. Very quiet while running. We have this set up to drain directly into the wash tub it is next to, so cannot speak to how often tank needs to be drained etc.

First time going ventless and I was worried that it would take much longer to dry. It does take longer, but not as long as people have said (3+ hours).
If you set it to Normal instead of Energy Saver, it will dry in 2 hours or less.
Of course this is still about 4x longer than my vented GE Speed Queen from 1985, but this is the norm today.
