Love the unit love easy to use love that it doesn’t have the dryer vent hose clothe seem to dry faster and feel softer

The Heat Pump Inverter system slow downs the drying time, takes too long to dry for our needs. THE SALESMAN DID NOT EXPLAIN THAT TO US! Also the installer from Geek Squad did not connect the vapor/water hose to it! thus the water contained MUST BE EMPTIED EACH TIME WE WASH. We called LG service because of the water issue and they told us that we were missing a "plug". they are working on it? Best buy will send someone to look at the problem 5 weeks after installation !!!!! I have bought a few computers for myself and family and 6 tvs for 2 homes, was very happy with Best Buy. BUT IT LOOKS LIKE I WILL NEVER BUY APPLIANCES FROM THEM in the future.

This product has worked amazingly. However, I can't emphasize enough how much you should buy this washer/dryer set from anyone other than Best Buy. It took over 6 weeks, multiple calls on hold, lies from Geek Squad installers, damage to my home, and I ultimately had to pay money out of pocket to get other contractors to complete this work. Do not purchase here.

DO NOT buy this machine. It works well for a few months but then the dry times start to slowly creep up, even if you follow the upkeep instructions. After one year it was taking 4-5 hours to dry a load and now at 18+ months it can take ten hours, even with just a few items. LG also has the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with and they repeatedly refused to send out a tech to look at it while it was still under warranty.

Better than I expected, nice and quiet and does a great job. Couldn’t install a vent and this solved the problem wonderfully

Exactly what we were looking for! We are very pleased even though our dry time is longer than our previous dryer.

I have had this for a little over a month and really like it. It is compact, but holds a lot and is very efficient with drying time.

Nice dryer for a small condo unit in Philly. The dryer is a bit small but does a good job drying our clothes. It was delivered by the Best Buy folks in good working order but they did not arrive in the originally scheduled delivery window.

Doesn't completely dry my clothes. I have to run it on several cycles before they're completely dry. I was never shown how to use my washer and dryer. I'm still working on it.

I got this one as a replacement for same model which lasted only 2-years. I stayed with this model only because it is stacked on a LG washer/

This Drier is small but mighty(and actually pretty big), and hooks up to the internet, so lets me know when things are done. Couldn't be happier with this and the matching washer.

I really like the washer and dryer. They are efficient and run quietly. Excellent for a small space. Only drawback is learning all the digital settings and how to use them.

I like the electric aspect but the same as the dryer, Bought and returned. These units truly are meant for a single person, maybe two for space saving purposes. Perfect for an apartment but if you need a family unit, this will not do it.

Great machine. Well-built, looks very nice, and functions quite well. It is being used in a small bathroom. Standard ventless dryer moved too much humidity in the room. We just exchanged for this machine, and love it already. So before you buy, consider your room size. Also- kudos to Best Buy on the exchange process. I will come back to BB for future appliances, especially after a less than satisfying experience with a locally owned shop. Thank you BB!

Works great but must read instructions thoroughly first. A tedious task but it must be done

Love my Samsung dryer. Very quiet and dries very well. Beware, Best Buy does NOT carry the stackable kit for the 24” W/D. We had to order it on Amazon.

Useless. I had a 20-year-old stacked washer and dryer that I got rid of to buy this useless dryer. The old one did a much better job and I regret spending money on this dryer that does not dry. Yes, I've had the geek squad out. "Working fine ma'am." I don't know if it's because it's ventless or what, but it takes hours HOURS to get a load near dry - and that's it...NEAR dry - I then have to hang the items up and let them air dry for at least a day. Huge mistake. I am on my way to the laundromat while my brand new washer and dryer sit in my laundry room.

Very durable and compact. Moved to a new home and purchased to fit in a smaller space…. And have yet to be dissappointed. Highly recommend.
