Like the technology behind this dryer, however after 4 weeks of use we are still trying to figure out the best cycle settings to ensure the clothes come out dry or wrinkle free at the end. Once we do, it will be nice to set it and forget it. Does not handle large loads.

We bought an open-box so I can’t generalize this item. The one we got was too shaky and noisy especially when you are washing a lot of clothes. We had to return it because the whole house was shaking.

I’d like to give 5 star on delivery service but quality of this machine is very poor. My electric bill went up to $200 for two time per week used on dryer. The clothes are not well dry and smell burn after use. The washer mode not clean well, Comparing to the expensive price. The most annoying is I have to drain water of the drain pump filter!!!

We were looking to conserve space but this combo was not what we thought it to be.

My delivery was on time as scheduled. The service men were very competent. After connecting and turning on the water to the washer dryer, water began gushing out from the bottom of the machine. After shutting off the water and disconnecting the machine, the installers quickly cleaned up the water. They were great. The machine was not.

I don't normally write reviews, but after recommending this to everyone I have ever come into contact with, I wasn't satisfied with just telling my inner circle about this. No, I want to tell the world. Because I never had a washer/dryer in my apartments, for years, I sent out my laundry or my mother would do my laundry. I had done laundry maybe once or twice in my entire life. I thought it was an awful chore to go to the laundromat. When my husband and I purchased our first home a few months ago, we had to find a washer/dryer unit that would fit into a closet that was underneath the back of our staircase. We considering stacked units, however, most of the available options were still too big to fit in our laundry closet. We ended up finding one that would fit. Enter the LG Electric Washer/Dryer Combo. At first, I thought it was a bit pricey, and this almost kept us from pulling the trigger. I am the person who will buy the least expensive option of anything available. Upgrades? What's that? I just don't do that - why get the bells and whistles when the basic model does the job? In this case, I was totally wrong. After reading reviews, I was a bit skeptical because many of the reviewers say this baby takes too long to dry. I am SO glad I did not listen. Not only do I do laundry now, but I enjoy doing laundry! There's many different settings - even a hand wash cycle! An entire cycle from start to finish takes about 2 hours (we set our dry time to "more dry", and my clothes always come out toasty warm!) The convenience is worth the extra time it may take. I put in a load at night, and when I wake up in the morning, my clothes are washed and dried. Plus, it takes up way less space than two units, so we were able to put a shelf in our closet to hang over the unit and hold our detergent. The interior is not as small as others may say - it's the perfect size for my husband and I, and we go through a lot of clothes. I will say that I like that it holds less than a separate washing machine, since the loads are smaller it makes the task of putting away the laundry less daunting. The machine itself is so easy that I actually enjoy doing laundry now. DO NOT let the negative reviews hold you back! This thing is seriously the best money I ever spent and a complete time-saver; instead of waiting for the clothes to be washed so I can bend over and put them in the dryer, I can do other things (like sleep!) while I wait for my clothes to wash and dry. I absolutely love my washer/dryer combo unit and will never purchase anything else. Thanks, LG, for making a solid product!

The corner was cracked and the screen on the ground as soon as I opened the box. Extremely disappointing, especially since due to COVID no one could deliver it into my apartment or install, then when I tried to get another it was out of stock.

A little complicated to work but great. If recommend it.

The whole process took around 4 hours. Wash, rinse, spin and dry. After the first three processes, there is still small amount of water in there, and it can't never dry.

We had to replace the pump within the first year. Kept on giving us error messages. Stopped working again and leaked water into our basement.

This machine is great. It washes and dries with ease!
