I bought one of these for my niece and she loves it so I figured it was time for me to treat myself. I actually went to Lowe's first and they didn't want to work with me on a price match, but I went to Best Buy and they did an amazing job price matching and treating me fantastic. Thanks for being loyal to your customers.

I read reviews on this product and was a little apprehensive but bought it anyway...If you know what you're doing and hook the machine up right you will have no problems at all! Some people complained of having to wipe the seal after washing, I attribute this to laziness. I love this machine and have less lint in the dryer because the agitator washer I had was very hard on the clothes. NO REGRETS!!

This washer is so efficient and so beautiful! The technology is impressive.

We bought this with the dryer. It didn't come with the stacking attachment so we used both of them on the floor for a couple weeks. Everything was quiet until the Geek Squad came with the stacking attachment and stacked the dryer on top. Once they did that, the dryer makes some funny noises some times. Other than that they're a good value.

This washing machine replaced a Maytag Neptune and is working perfectly. I must add that the delivery process was outstanding!! The delivery person called as promised, kept in touch regarding the hoses I purchased and was just fantastic!! I will always use Best Buy because of their outstanding service.

At first, as we stared through the door window during the first stages of the washing cycle, and we thought the machine may be broken having not seen hardly any water mixing in with our load. It turned out that the machine was extremely efficient and our clothes are cleaner than ever!

This machine just took a cr*p after just 6 years… we had our previous one 20! Today we paid $185 for a repair tech to tell us it would cost us more to repair than it cost us. It really is unbelievable that a $600-700 appliance only lasts 6 years. I mean, we would understand if we needed a repair… even though this is only used less than once a week in a second home! But for it to be irreparable after just 6 years is insane. I can’t really can’t say how disappointed we are in LG.

This is not my first LG product, nor will it be my last. They have all been great, washer included. The installers made one serious error. They failed to level the machine which produced a balance problem when the drum was spinning. Fixed it myself with a wrench.

Efficiently washes clothes using minimal water. Remember to leave the door open after each wash to air out and wipe the rubber down just inside the door to prevent odors.

Nice washer. Big. Quiet. But these lg washers have a problem with banging pipes. Never had that with any other washer. FYI. I WOULD ONLY RECOMMEND IT IF THE PIPES DIDNT BANG
