great washer, fits my needs as I didn't need anything fancy, I just wanted a washer that was going to save on water and electricity.. Sales staff at the store were great to deal with and it was delivered on time as promised..

I got this washer after my old GE Prodigy top loader finally died. It's not as fast as my old washer, but it does a great job, and it's wonderfully quiet about it. So far I haven't had any issues.

I got this from to be closed section in store. Price was great and the washer/dryer pair is nice. I did not got hep when try to load them in my car and they scrachedthem bad i stead.

I am very happy with this washer. Everything works just like it should. The water drain is a little inconvenient as the hose is way too short, but it is livable.

Practically silent Super water-efficient And actually cleans clothes! It's a pleasure to do laundry now!

While I've only had this washer a short time, I have been completely satisfied with its performance. Installation was quick and the technology seems really good for the price!

The only problem we have is with the "smart tap" feature which appears to be a common issue. We do not require it and everything else is working good.

Would have liked more options changing the preset cycles. The washer is quiet and seems to work great.

I am also using half the laundry detergent compared to the front load that this LG replaced. I love the "Quick wash"--15 minutes for the hand washables.

This is a good washer/dryer. I gave this a 4 instead of a 5 Bc the cycles take significantly longer than the more expensive version.

The washer is very loud! I can hear the water being filled two floors up! I've never had a washer this loud! The one good thing about it is the size, it is spacious enough for a comforter. It seems to clean okay but I can't get over the noisiness!

After owning this washer for only a year and a half it completely has stopped working. I've tested the outlet and is function. After google my no power issue, I see many customers stating the same. Now I have to figure out if it's worth the $250 washer part that "may" be the issue or buy a whole new washer. Very frustrating since we are a household of 6, so I can't waste anymore time. Unhappy...

We chose this product due to the limits of the area in which to place. It did not disappoint in the actual space needed and how well it performs.

We bought the washer/dryer set and it was exactly what we needed. They were perfect and stack-able.

For the money this machine seemed to stack up well against other washing machines

This was the best washer I ever bought and I'm retired so it's not my first rodeo. And Best Buy is much better than Bransmart .
