This front loader works very nicely. I love that it is large and able to accept huge load. Once we stuffed an extra large load in it. It sensed that it was way too big and shut it self down and asked remove some of the clothes. Very smart!!! The cost was fair enough considering the rebate from PG&E and Water district. It might have cost me $100 more to get the new washer compared to getting my old one fixed. Good Deal!!!

This washer replaced a 10 year old Kenmore front loader. It has a much larger capacity but doesn't seem to spin dry as well. There are a lot more buttons and options that we don't use but it cleans clothes well and is eligible for our local water utilities rebate and PG&E rebates so we saved $150.00 from the rebates for this unit.

My husband and I checked out 6 or 7 local area appliance dealers and read many reviews on washers and dryers. I wanted a front loader with plenty of capacity. We have had very good luck with LG brand appliances so we stayed with them. Best Buy had a very good selection, best price and of course the model we were looking for. We could not be more pleased.

Super quiet. Clothes come out clean and it isn't as large as the other front loader washing machines so it fit into our small wash area great.

Perfect for the family. Reasonable price with awesome warranty. Many adjustable wash cycles & temps etc. Runs pretty quiet and can wash very large loads. Gets the job done right could not be more pleased unless I had bought the next model up with steam options.

I bought this machine for my mom who wanted a machine that would get the job done minus too many bells and whistles which could be confusing to her. It has lived up to expectations with its ease of use and excellent washing capabilities. This machine does have some really nice features including the soaking feature. My mom and I would both recommend this washer.

I decided to purchase this unit based on Consumer Reports reecommendation. It cleans far better than my old top loader, and based on a partial month, the water bill has gone down significantly. It is also very quiet, and has a huge capacity.

This washer (we also purchased the LG dryer) has exceeded our expectations for a newer version front load washer/dryer. We had a Maytag washer/dryer combo, but we like that we can stack the separate units. If one goes bad, we can always continue to use the other. Nice product and a good price!

I've had this washing machine for about a month and so far have been very pleased with the product. No problems. The machine is very quiet and the little music tune at the end of the cycle doesn't bother me at all. I have put it on low so the sound is pretty quiet.

The washer holds a big load, spins well, and takes up little space.

We just bought a house and were referred to LG for our washer/dryer needs, delivery and setup was perfect. Purchasing the items in store to get the coupon was a pain due to another shopper and her needs. Still too new to tell but they seem to be working well, it has leaked a few times in the front so we are sure that that's about.

Among the LG high efficiency front loaders, this one has the fewest extra bells and whistles but I have found that I have not missed any of them. It's simple to operate and runs quietly. I actually don't use all the various wash settings it has available. Like my previous front loader, it does need to be left open after use or it can start smelling a little musty. This particular model has a nice feature that allows you to close the door most of the way but allow it to air out. There is a magnetic catch that keeps it mostly closed and keeps it from swinging open on its own.

This is our first front loader washer. It's worked fine for the most part. One day is leaked through the front and appeared to have a bad seal. An LG tech came out and said everything looked fine. He explained that if you restart cycles the machine will think you have a lot more laundry because the weight of wet clothes is much heavier. Then too much water is used and this causes pressure on the door. The pressure pushed the door and caused leaking. Sounds like a design flaw, but not sure since this our first front loader. Other than this one occasion, it's worked fine.

This is a very good washing machine. Super easy to use. Does a great job with any type of wash cycle or load. Super quiet. Sleek look. And LG is 2nd best maker when it comes to reliability/low maintenance.

I was excited to be purchasing a LG washer because I had heard so many good things It uses less water, balances the load before starting and has all the choices you need to wash any clothes. Also have to mention that it is so quiet.
