This is my second front end loader and I was happily surprised that the was cycle on takes 55 minutes. It cleans well, spins quietly and come out almost dry. I love this machine.

This washing machine is easy to use. The spin cycle is quieter than my last machine. I am happy with this purchase so far.

This washer is built much better than other brands in the same price range (for example, metal hinges on the door instead of plastic). And we love the "speed wash" cycle that gives us nice clean clothes in 20 minutes using a lot less water. We didn't give it 5 stars because of the sound. It is advertised as being quiet, but the Maytag we had before was quieter than this one.

We had a similar model for 8 years and used it almost every day, including many horse related items like saddle pads, blankets, etc. So it really took a beating but just kept on working. So when it finally came time to repair it for the first time we decided to invest in a new one instead; i.e., we invested the repair costs into a new washer, preventing any repair costs for, hopefully, another 8 years.

Easy to set up after getting it home.. Love all the features for water temp spin speed and soil level plus the time delay to start a load is super convenient!!

great capacity, much bigger than my old one. does make some funny noises when loading the soap but not bad and quiet the rest of the time. love the water saving.

The washer offers a large tub and great load options at an exceptional value. I like that there are five temperature choices, instead of the standard three. Another great feature is the "fresh care" that will spin clothes intermittently to keep out wrinkles and mildew after a load is finished but before I can transfer it to the dryer. The delivery guys did a great job getting it in and balanced so that it doesn't rock at all. I definitely recommend this washing machine!

I replaced a 15 year old Maytag washing machine with this washer. The Maytag had been a great washer and was a top loader. I have only had the LG for about two weeks but the water savings alone is amazing. The machine is super quiet. There is a bit of "thunking" when its sensing the load and filling but if you are not in the same room as the machine you don't hear it at all. Spin cycles are super quiet but there is a humm when it's going. I would purchase this unit again.

This washing machine holds a lot of clothes and works faster than our previous washing machine. It is so quiet that we tend to start it before we go to bed.

This machine is quiet, easy to use and the clothes come out clean as can be.

We have had good experience with LG front loading washer before. When we moved to a condo and wanted larger washing capacity than the existing small washer-dryer combo, we picked a LG washer again. It is not as deep as other brands and that is just right for the space we have. This particular high efficiency model is also qualified for rebates from the utilities and local water agency. We also bought the LG gas dryer to stack on top of this washer. Control panel is very well designed and easy to set. Great buy.

This washer is perfect as it saves water by figuring out amount of water needed to wash the load. Very quiet and clothes look great.

Nice unit. Purchased the dryer also with the stacking kit. Both are running great, quiet and much better than my old washer/dryer.

Bought this to replace the last LG washer we had for 8 years. And with doing laundry every day I think thats pretty impressive

This washer is so silent and has a charming ring to notify you that your wash is complete. Love it so far.

This is my first new washer in over 25 years. It is very quiet, and saves on water and energy. I really enjoy my new toy!
