Overfall satisfied with the purchase. No issues yet. Washer does not make too much sound and works great.

We love washer (and dryer) we bought. Best buy did a great job setting it up. The LG does a great job cleaning clothes.

Cleans well. Handles delicates as well as towels. Easy to load/unload and use. Have to leave the door open because the drum does not dry quickly, but I have had no problems with mold. Load of wash takes a lot less time than I was lead to believe from reviews, probably because I don't do many heavy duty loads.

Washes the clothes, has the options I need and is very quiet. Have used every cycle and have had no problems. Love it

We ordered this machine on November 18, and ended up having to take the floor model on January 2nd just to finally get one delivered. It must be extremely popular. This was installed in a house we're moving to next week, so I've only run one load to make sure it worked. I loved all the features and it worked perfectly. The only thing I didn't like is that it didn't hold as large a load as it looked like it would.

I would buy again. The washer and dryer work well and also look great. The service from BB is excellent.

Washer and dryer was delivered on time and the two men who came to set it up were very nice . The only thing that I was disappointed in was that they did not level the washing machine before they start the dryer on top so the washer and dryer rock back-and-forth . I also asked them to push the washer and dryer back just a little bit more so that I could close the doors on the closet and they did not do that either

Mother of boys - we do lots of laundry - nothing fancy. This machine is working well for us. I like the feature that allows the door to stay open slightly to alleviate the musty smell in the machine.

Great washer and dryer. Sales rep didn't tell us we needed the stacking kit so we got it set up and then had to take it down just to find out they didn't have the kit in stock. Lowes saved us though.

This is a great washer. Has plenty of settings and is super quiet. I would recommend this to anyone.

Excellent features and easy to use. It was a great investment and gets even the dirtiest of clothes clean in one wash. I would recommend to anyone looking for a washer, easily competes with washers that cost 100+ dollars more. Would definitely buy it again.

I would recommend this washer for its decibel level and the overall performance. The clothes are clean by any standard and it requires less detergent and softener then my prior washers have and as noted it is extremely quiet in all its cycles including spin.

The LG washer seems to be great--it gets my clothes cleaner than my old washer by far.
