Way quieter and less vibration than the front loader I bought 10 years ago. Very efficient. Was skeptical about buying the pedestal for it, But happy I did.

This washer works very well and looks great however when the water comes in to the machine it sounds like someone is drilling into the wall in my laundry room. I had some other hoses on before that were required by best buy and they were worse as they made a loud banging noise when the water flowed into the washer. Apparently LG has not worked out the kinks on this problem for this washer model yet. Other than that, I am happy with the washer.

Just what I was looking for; can handle large blankets with ease, and the small load quick wash will really be handy for the family.

This was my first front loading washer and I chose LG because of good reviews and my daughter's good experience with the product. I have been very impressed with the washer/dryer performance. Works very well. I would recommend LG to my friends and family.

I hate to write something so enthusiastically but we have two children 4 and under and do A TON OF LAUNDRY. These are the best Washer & Dryers we've ever had and they are a beautiful Cherry Red that will stand out and look good in any home.

Cleans clothes well, many cycle options, good buy for the price. Other reviews have talked about a moldy smell from the rubber seals, but we have been wiping them off with a rag and no issues.

We love the way it stacks so neatly under the dryer. It is strange however the loud clunking noises it makes when first starting up. It seems to get the clothes clean just fine, so I suppose it's the way it's supposed to work.

This washer is exactly what I wanted in a new machine. I can wash large and bulky items at home. No more trekking to the laundromat. I can also wash small loads of delicates in same machine. It has many options but is not overwhelming with options.

Does a great job-quiet and effecient. Purchased an extended warranty due to all the electronics. Best Buy sales staff and installers did an outstanding job.

Had an older model LG that needed to be replaced after 10+ years. Very happy with the new model - even quieter and several upgraded features.

The steam wash modes are great for cleaning my work clothes and my bedding. Certain reviews i had read state that the washer develops odor problems but i believe thats from water quality or never using steam , bleached, or sanitary mode washes.

nice machine cant give it 5 stars because i didnt have it long enough but this is my 3rd front loader in 10 years they just dont last long because of the bearings

After looking at internet reviews and talking to people who own LG products, I decided to give LG a try. In reality, there's not much to say about a brand new purchased item I have owned for about a month. Everything works perfectly and I'm quite pleased with it's looks, design and the functionality of this product. It's definitely more efficient than my old machine. But, I'm treating it like a baby for now. Also, the Best Buy delivery people were great and really helpful. All in all, time will tell if I made the right decision.

I was looking for a washer that was both efficient and water conscious. This machine does the trick in both respects.

My old machine died and I had a pile of clothes. I went to Best Buy looking at another machine, but I saw this one and it was on sale. I investigated it and the reviews looked positive. I made the purchase and so far have not regretted it.

I love my new washer and dryer. LG produces outstanding products. Customer service was very helpful with the entire transaction. Would highly recommend purchasing from Best Buy.

The only thing that is not efficient is the wait for the points to hit my My Best Buy Member account. I was told about 15 days but it's been a month and still no points. The products are working very well.

very nice washer gets clothes good and clean runs pretty quiet great features and is super high energy efficiency our water bill and electric has went down ..well worth buying

I am very happy with this LG washer, Best Buy had it at an excellent price. Free installation and they hauled my old washer away. Leaves the clothes very dry and it's quiet just like the description says. Very very happy!

We did a lot of research before purchasing this washing machine. It has a large capacity and the opening is very big, so it's easy to put items in and see when it is empty. I like that there is a timer that lets me know how much time is left in the cycle. I haven't used the steam feature because I wash with cold water and am not sure of its function or value. I would re-evaluate the need for this feature before spending extra if I were buying again.
