I bought this washing machine with the stainless-steel hose. But when they deliver it, they didn't bring the hose. They said they will deliver the hose to me next Saturday, but they didn't. I called BestBuy, they said they scheduled it again on Saturday, but they didn't come either. I called them and talked to the manager said I don't want the hose any more and they said they will take care of that, but they didn't. At last, I physically present at the store to get the return of the hose. Very bad experience. They machine machine itself is okay.

Only concerns we have are that the door doesn't shut snugly and it doesn't seem very easy to adjust the load temp or spin. Not very intuative. But I love the sound when it is finished and the clothes are clean!

Fully featured dryer with a very efficient drying cycle. Clothes are cleaner/brighter and my utility bills saw a significant decrease.

Being a vertically challenged person, I am loving the front loader. It is also quiet and seems to clean just fine.

Had the Samsung set before, and was looking at it again. Decided to go with the LG and I am completely happy that I did! Works great and is very quiet.

This washer has so many functions, I'm not sure if I will need them all but maybe one day. Looks great and works well. Maybe find a way to drain the rubber rim a little better, easy fix with a wipe though.

The washer is great. The only concern is that it makes a loud noise when pouring the water in. And the app for the iPhone is useless.

I love this quite washing machine with really nice steam feature that doesn't make clothes wrinkley after the wash and it takes less time to dry. Very nice feature. Overall very nice machine so far.

We love this high quality LG front-loading washer. So many great features, especially the steam cycle. Everything comes out fresh and clean!

great washer, however during the spin cycle it really gets a shaking. I thought it wasn't balanced but after dozes of runs I've come to accept its just how it is.

It is very quiet. You have to regularly perform cleaning maintenance. Other than that it is great product

Bought this machine because of a friends recommendation, then saw the price, and bought on the spot. Very Happy!

So many options. If I can't decide which cycle, I let the sensor decide for me. I needed a stack washer/dryer for apartment and it fits great. It's pretty, too.

This washer does seem to clean better than the previous front-load washer I owned. The washer is quiet and efficient. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I really like this model and the ability to drain excess water to prevent any smells of standing water from the tub that is inevitably left behind after every wash

So far the washer is working fine. The only drawback is that the gasket must be dried and the door left open after each use or you run the risk of mildew.

Great washer. Just had a baby before I got it and it has helped with the very stained clothes from the baby. Use the sanitize cycle and everything comes out great!

Fully pleased with this product. We can fit a comforter in this thing which is more than I can say for any other machine we have had. The wash is efficient and cleans very well.

Very happy with this new washer. My last washer was in good shape but we left it with the home we sold. It was 16 years old and was looking forward to a new washer. Boy was I surprised at the ease of use and I've noticed the that fabrics seem better taken care of in this machine along with the matching dryer. I like using them so much that I've offered to do my grandchildren's laundry for my daughter.
