So far, I feel that our clothes are coming out crisper than I've had in previous washers. Enjoying the product at this point.

Had heard horror stories about front loads but decided to try one. I love this washer. Does a great job and has lots of options!

Our new LG High Capacity Steam Washer is a dream. Our laundry room is next to our TV viewing room and when it is on, we do not even know it is on.

Tons of bills and whistles, and I only use one setting. LOL. I like that it sings to you when it's all done. Much better than a buzzer. I haven't needed it yet, but I like the self-diagnosis function. The cycles take a long time, but that is more standard with newer washer washing machines. Not like the old ones, that used to be a 20 minute wash cycle.

I love this washer. The pre-programmed cycles it includes are fantastic. If I had one complaint about the washer is that it gets confused when you wash single small items in it because the load gets out of balance when something is stuck in one part of the spin cycle. It'll end up making your cycle a lot longer if you wash something individually. For as often as I wash single items (Not very), I can deal with that. Otherwise, it's an amazing washer.

This product first appealed because of it sharp looks but then I discovered it had great features. Installed and now works great.

Washer runs as designed. I bought this as a floor model. The only draw back is if for some reason you do not elect the right washer load (large, medium or small) and the clothes are more damp then desired, the washer does not have just a drain and spin cycle.

Compact so it fit in the limited space of my utility closet. Runs quietly and completes loads quickly

I bought this washer to replace another LG washer that we used for years. It has more features than our last model, including a steam feature which is fantastic. Actually purchased the floor model for a discounted price, but would have been happy to pay the regular price considering how well this machine performs.

I appreciate the size, effiency and stacking capability of the machine. I am pleased with how clean and how little water is used. It is quiet and has just the right settings for my needs. Easy to operate and comes with a "cheat sheet". Nice purchase.

This is my second LG Washer. My first one lasted 10 years, but encountered way too many "repairman visits". After much research, I decided to go back to the well one more time. The bottom line, the clothes are really clean with a minimum of wear and tear. Hoping to have better luck with the maintenance costs this time, or I'll try a Samsung next. The price did DECREASE about $300 from the 2005 model, for a better machine. This will offset some of the "repairman" expenses,

This washer has been great for my family. I originally had it next to my dryer and upon moving to a new home it needed to be stacked and the stacking kit was simple. The only complaint I would have is that the rubber seal needs to air out to prevent any mildew as moisture develops around that area. Cleaning was a little tedious, but it has been a very dependable washer.

This washer is fantastic! I didn't think we would use the steam cycles much, but they are GREAT at getting out hard to remove odors, such as cat urine.
