The washer even though very quiet does take a long time to finish up the normal cycle

Clothes are cleaned well, however, it takes significantly longer than a traditional top loader unless using the "fast" cycle. I like the different settings and steam feature. One thing that I did not anticipate is how loud the machine is during the initial wash cycle.

Needed to replace our broken one so I bought the same just newer model works great just like the last one

After trying the Samsung front load Washer & Dryer, the LG are great. I could not get the Samsung's to stop walking all over as they went through their cycles. I thought they were going to take off with the amount of vibration, rocking, movement they made. LG are much better and don't move all over like the Samsung did

Easy to use and load and unload. Pedestals are also very handy. It even plays tunes.

After having a traditional top loader washer machine for 17 years!, it finally went kaput on me. My tech informed me it would cost $450 to repair! Are you kidding me? So I went on my hunt for a new washing machine. After finding out that Sept/Oct are the best months to purchase large appliances, I felt a bit more comfortable about my search. After searching for 3 weeks and dragging my 3 kids to the laundry mat, I was done. I compare models and prices at all stores and compared the online and in-store prices, to insure I get the BEST deal. And I did at my local Best Buy store. The purchase process was painless, the deliver was painless and the machine is beautiful. I finally feel like I'm living in the modern times. The machine has a measuring capacity for liquid detergent which is good for saving money and my clothes come out looking clean and smelling fresh for weeks. I've had it for a month now and very glad that I made this purchase.

Great washer if you have a large family and do a lot of laundry!

I love the washer, large capacity drum. Program selection great. Not yet tried the sanitizer setting. I do like the express wash though for those smaller loads. I did have an issue with the banging of water pipes due to the initial spurts of water. This was corrected by adding a "mini restor" to the water line. No more banging. This should maybe be suggested if you have good water pressure and not already installed at your home.

I was initially against the newer front loading washing machines but after researching them I was more at ease. Now after owning this washer for 2 months I am really happy with it. Keeping it clean is not the challenge that I thought it might be. My clothes and even pillows are cleaner than they ever have been. The steam function is amazing and really did wonders for my towels as well.

Bought this to replace my Samsung machine that kept breaking. It's a nice machine easy to use and understand. But sometimes it seams the clothes don't get all the way wet. Just need smaller loads I guess
