Repair person spent about 5 minutes looking at it and said, "need part." A week later no part. LG said parts were shipped. Service provider said only one part received. No one can provide a time when all parts will be received and 3 week old washer will be repaired. LG has offered no assistance in expediating repair. Service provider cannot track missing part. This seems like terrible customer support for an appliance that is only 3 weeks old.

No matter how small the loads of laundry are, you have to use the full tank of water, which is a terrible waste. In addition, the mobility of the laundry load inside of the washing machine seems zero, which is hard to let the detergent to mixed evenly to get to each piece of laundry.

Many machines, including this model, have longer cycles for better energy efficiency and cleaning. If the cycle time is too long for you, try the Quick Wash cycle for smaller loads; it's faster but still effective.
Regarding the unbalanced issue, ensure the washer is on a flat surface and adjust the leveling feet if necessary. Uneven loads or overloading can also cause this, so distribute the load evenly.
