Delivery was great, but a plumbing problem found when hook-up was tried and a plumber was needed to take care of the issue which was not resolved until October. I was told to schedule a hook-up and haul away of the old washer when the plumbing issue was resolved. I have scheduled an appointment 3 times and all 3 times no one showed up and customer service is of no help at all. I have paid for the washer, hook-up, haul away and a warranty.

It does not give sufficient water to even cover the clothes and with no agitator the clothes do not circulate well enough to get really clean. The reviews on Best Buy's site were favorable enough to make me purchase this. I wish I had did more research and googled the product. Many have the same issues as I. Even after watching videos on how to "properly" load it and reading "tricks" on how to get more water, it still is the worse washer I have owned. All hoses and water pressure have been checked so that isn't the problem. I am currently saving up for a different one.
