    Unbelievable quiet operation compared to my old Maytag unit. Great value getting an LG washer for under $500. The install team took care of everything from delivery, removal of old unit and professional installation. Very pleased by the new washer

    Love this Washer!! However the people that were supposed to install it couldn't because they couldn't find the water shut off valve! So I had to hire someone from AC Applicance to hook it up for $353.12!!

    This is a basic machine that works well. Three stars is for how inaccessible to bottom of the machine is. It is too deep for easy retrieval; I am 5'6. I have considered returning, but not in the mood for the hassle.
