It’s been a good product so far it’s very simple very easy to use. Nothing complicated and that’s great for me. I really don’t like a lot of Technology because it breaks much faster than a simple one. Very user friendly. Easy to set up and use. Works great!

The washer is great and the instalation was more than just moving in the appliance and hooking it up. They made sure it was balanced and adjusted the feet to be sure it was level. I will be ordering appliances from BestBuy from now on.

So far very good. I like that the water temp can be set by me rather than the machine doing so.

Very good washer I thought it was going to be smaller but it's actually a pretty good size I would recommend it.

I really like my new washer. I am happy that it doesn’t have the spindle due to the fact that the clothes would be wrapped around it. The clothes come out clean and I like the water saving feature.

My wife really likes this washing machine. The impeller type seems to be better than the adgitator type and the loads stay balanced during each cycle. I recommend this machine to anyone looking for a good product for a good price.

Nothing fancy but works very well. Great value and I would buy again.

It does not distinguish between white cloths and permanent press. The wash-liquid slot is not located conveniently. It is not possible to open the lid and add forgotten cloths while the water is still getting filled. And I simply hated the delivery process; giving a 12 hour window is contemptuous if not hateful.

Washing clothes without an agitator in the middle is great, I see the clothes washing and going through the cycles to completion, no mystery as to what is happening and what cycle the washing machine is on.

We bought this item without visiting the store. I only trusted my gut and reviews from other people! It has been a month since we purchased it, and we really like it! Products from LG have been reliable ever since.

The LG washing machine has done a great job. I am very pleased with the performance if the spin cycle and cleaning of my laundry. I would highly recommend to everybody.

Waiting till dryer is hooked up. We weren't aware dryer is s 220 electric it has cost us $800. To have an electricion run 220.. the ad didn't tell us. Very angry. Best buy wouldnt take it back and LG was no help. They said i didn't let them know right away. I couldnt because we were building a shed to house. The washer is 110 why was the dryer 220?

The whole process was easy and done very efficiently.
