    The washer is excellent the delivery was great . But the billing and having a second delivery was not ok . We had to make several calls to the store and had to. Make extra trip to the store . But yes we are ok

    Overall a good machine. The brand is highly rated by Consumer Reports. My only problem is the lengthy wash times. My last washer bought when Sears was still riding high washed well, washed quickly and I didn’t spend over an hour waiting for the spin to stop. I bought because of the expense of repairing my 7 year old Sears washer. I expect this washer to last a longer time according to the consumer reports reviews but am unhappy with the lengthy wash cycles.
