We've had this new washer for a little over a week. It has been very nice with washing/cleaning our clothes. It hasn't gotten off balance once yet. It has been much easier than our last washer Samsung. It doesn't take forever to get laundry done anymore. The only thing that is different is that you have to add more water to the loads. That is a little annoying. Also, it doesn't let you know how long the wash will take.

Works magnificently. My prior machine, a 2 year old maytag, broke twice. Beyond happy with my new LG!

This washer has been everything I needed in more. The size of it helps me wash less because it fits more clothes that my last washer, and my clothes always come out smelling fresh and clean. Great bang for the price! Also happy about the delivery where they called in advance and arrived on time.

Easy to use, no cheap plastic knobs, spacious, great price value.

I love this washer. It holds a lot. I like the window in the top. And its so easy to use. I like the jungle when its done. Way better than an anoying beep.

Does the job, is quiet, and sometimes does not add enough water to washes- quick fix is to choose deep wash. Smart technology only focuses on troubleshooting and I haven’t had to us this feature yet

This is a very accommodating washer and easy to operate. Very efficient and user friendly. Looks clean! Our last LG washer was also awesome and finally needed replacing. If this one lasts as long, it will be a winner too.

Does the job, pretty quiet, can wash a pretty large load.

This washer is amazing. It spins to get your clothes evenly around the washer so there isn’t no thumping noise throughout the wash

This is a surprisingly well made washer for the money. It may be smaller than our former (now dead) and more expensive washer but it makes up for it in its quiet efficient performance. Plus the buying experience could not have been more pleasant and the installers were extremely professional.

Great washer with versatile options to choose from, but the choices aren't overwhelming. It is very straightforward to use.

Very good washer. Like that I can look through glass to see clothes washing. High tech water sensors , very efficient, use less water and super fast washing. My old washer and dryer was costing me a fortune could only do one to two loads a day but, now I was able to wash 6 loads and actually clean and decorate my laundry room small area but looks great in my new washer and dryer

Had a front loader for many years. I never liked how they eventually got moldy and started to make my clothes smell. This new top loader is great. It is still high efficient and does a great job cleaning the clothes. We will have to see after a few years if it develops mold, but for now this machine is excellent.

Works like a charm and performs excellently. Very happy with this unit.

It’s kind of a stripped down model, meaning not a lot of extra options but has the basic ones that work beautifully!! Gets my clothes clean in an appropriate time, which is awesome! My old washer with lots of options took an hour to get thru a cycle. This one does it in half the time and even washed blankets beautifully. Awesome washer.
