    I have never been so disappointed in a product I had to use my manufacturing guarantee after 6 weeks of usage I would have returned it to Best Buy but they have a really short return window policy Balance sensor is awful finding myself opening the lid mid wash cycle to spread clothes evenly so machine can finish it’s work cycle Make sure you get extended warranty if you decide buying this You will need it

    Pleasantly surprised so far w/ various wash loads with very good results. Notice there is an assessment of wash load to dispense water. Lots of options w/ presets for wash type needed.

    Originally bought because of the price (and sale price), I wasn't expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised! Easy to use, efficient, with sufficient settings to handle any laundry situation. A great buy!

    It is so busy trying to save water that it forgets to wash your clothes. Don't even try to wash a pillow. I do like the large glass door for loading and viewing. It decides how much water to use so if you put in a throw pillow it just sits in the middle and doesn't hardly get wet. It certantly does not get clean. Tub tends to hold dirt. After washing clothes you need to run the tub wash cycle, which fills the tub to clean it , wasting a lot of water that could have been used to clean the clothes. I have only had it 8 days and maybe I will figure out how to use it better - but I would not recommend it to a friend.
