    I have an LG fridge that I love so when shopping for a washer and dryer I wanted an LG. It has a quick wash cycle…an added bonus. Quiet and clothes get clean without an agitator!

    I love LG appliances. This is my second set. I wish it still had the agitator option but I’m happy with this set. I didn’t need or want a lot of bells and whistles and this fits the bill perfectly.

    Still trying to figure out how to adjust water temp on wash & rinse cycles. Instructions are not clear to me so it looks like everything I wash will be using warm water. I want to rinse in cold. Long cycles - wish I would have known b4 purchasing.

    My LG washing machine so far has been terrific And has done everything I needed to do. I didn't need to go to the store to get it because the online site had a precise measurement and was the same size or even a little smaller than my last washing machine. It works wonderful does everything I needed to do and I do trust Best Buy when it comes to any type of mechanical device.

    We love it! Easy to operate, not noisy and did a great job on the laundry. The installation team did a fantastic job on the install. Went over the operation of the washer and made sure we were happy with our purchase. This is why I use Best Buy.
