The manual makes mention of possible drain issue it has no issue still the spin cycle is ridiculous. I just turn it off after 10 minutes.

My only problem is the lengthy wash times. My last washer bought when Sears was still riding high washed well, washed quickly and I didn’t spend over an hour waiting for the spin to stop. I bought because of the expense of repairing my 7 year old Sears washer. I expect this washer to last a longer time according to the consumer reports reviews but am unhappy with the lengthy wash cycles.

I do not like the fact you have to use deep wash setting to get all the clothes wet no matter the load size.
