    My washer is great. Getting it installed not great. Big mess because employees could not comprehend what I was telling them. My son wound up installing my washer and reinstalling my dryer. The dryer had to be moved to get old washer out and new one in.

    The washer cleans clothes - I think. Some things never get wet. Some never change position in the tub. Yet some things did come out clean. Frustrating technology.

    This is a very good basic washer without all the bells and whistles. Have had this washing machine for several months now and no problems. When my washer died there wasn’t much time to shop. This one was in stock and available and I’m glad I bought it.

    I love our new LG washing machine. The geek squad guys were very professional in the entire process making sure everything was installed correctly. They were in and out in less than 30 min, including removal of the old machine. I was very impressed.

    I personally like the washer due to its efficiency and different features. The size perfectly fitted in my laundry room and the washer has spacious space for clothes. So far, I do not have any issues with the washer. It was easy to set up. Besides, the price was not too costly. I do highly recommend this products.

    It’s been a couple month since purchase. Clothes come out clean. Sometimes pauses, but I think it’s user error, I guess there is a certain/right way to put in clothes without the agitator. Overall a good purchase.

    Works great so far, only issue is that the tub is a little deep and I'm 6' tall, hard for average women to reach inside and get the clothes out.
