Best purchase I’ve made of an appliance in a long time. Bought online picked up at the Weatherford store. Everything went smoothly and very friendly people. When I get ready for my dryer, I will look at Best Buy first.

Washer is very good at cleaning clothes and also have noticed my water usage is down from the previous months. That’s a double saving since my sewage bill is directly affected by water usage. Would definitely recommend this machine.

Washing machine is working well as of now.. the only issue was the delivery of the item was told a certain date and when it didn’t arrive on that day nobody could tell me when it would arrive, then it just showed up 3 days later…

So far so good on this washer. I doubt it will last very long but that’s why I have the insurance plan

While I'm very happy with the washer's ability to clean and the tub size is large enough to wash my comforter. If your under 5'2" it's difficult to reach the bottom of the tub. I don't like that it smells musty, even when it's dry. Yes, it's in the basement. However, after reading the manual (where it says it can smell musty) mentioning the smell to 2 friends, who unbeknownst to me have LG washers, they both complained of the same thing AND at least one had not read the manual because she is visually impaired. Had any of us known in advance, we would not have purchased an LG washer. My basement doesn't need something else that comes smelling musty!

What a surprise! This washer has a huge capacity and is ergonomical, using little water and recommends an efficient environmentlly friendly detergent. I love this washer!

I bought this one after my 20 year old washer quit working and dang this machine is great it goes and goes doesn't stop it's like the energizesz of the waser world

Nothing fancy here. Needed a washing machine asap as our Samsung broke down and all we really need is something more reliable that will get the job done and so far this has lived up to that expectation. No fancy features but it’s a workhorse.
