    So far I mostly like this. It seems to work okay, it's quiet, HE, and I love that it plays a little song when it's done. My only issue is I'm not sure it's getting the clothes fully clean. I ran across one dress I washed in a small load and it had dry spots on it, meaning it never even get fully wet much less cleaned.

    Had a washer delivered on September 4th. Delivery was great, but a plumbing problem found when hook-up was tried and a plumber was needed to take care of the issue which was not resolved until October. I was told to schedule a hook-up and haul away of the old washer when the plumbing issue was resolved. I have scheduled an appointment 3 times and all 3 times no one showed up and customer service is of no help at all. I have paid for the washer, hook-up, haul away and a warranty.

    Very disappointed in this product and LG. The washer would not drain after having it for three weeks. Repair person spent about 5 minutes looking at it and said, "need part." A week later no part. LG said parts were shipped. Service provider said only one part received. No one can provide a time when all parts will be received and 3 week old washer will be repaired. LG has offered no assistance in expediating repair. Service provider cannot track missing part. This seems like terrible customer support for an appliance that is only 3 weeks old.
