I replaced the first washer and the second one also has issues with the tube. It foes not cover cloths or wash clean unless you select water plus option. The vibration and shakes are not ok. I feel it is dalling a part with the noise coming from it. The wash circulation is so so weak it is like a joke and once it did rinse the not heavy load I literally saw the tube hit to the wall of the washer and the side popped out and went back. i jumped up and so scared. Im going to return ans so frustrated with my experience

To give it extra water you have to have a setting of heavy duty, can't do it on normal. I sometimes wonder how it even gets anything clean with the slow agitation. And if you have to wash on heavy duty, it can take up to 1 1/2 hours to wash. And I've found it doesn't really get the dirt out. If you use powder, expect the powder to be stuck to your cloths when the washing is done. I've had to purchase liquid detergent and give away my powder. As you can see, I'm not exactly happy with this purchase and it's been almost a year since I bought it.

No matter how small the loads of laundry are, you have to use the full tank of water, which is a terrible waste. In addition, the mobility of the laundry load inside of the washing machine seems zero, which is hard to let the detergent to mixed evenly to get to each piece of laundry.

I've had it for less than 8 months and I'm already on the second repair!!! Oh, and when you call to repair it, it takes them two weeks to come and look at it and them another week for the part to come in so you'll be going to the laundry mat for a good month if youre lucky, after you spent almost $800 on this washer for your home. now waiting on my second repair and without a washer AGAIN. Absolutely ridiculous!!! If I could give it zero stars I would!!!

It does not clean the clothes good and leaves some of the clothes still dry. When I take the load out to put in the dryer the clothes in the center of the spinner are not even touched, wet or clean. This is the worst washer I’ve ever had. I gave away my old washer cuz it was getting old and decided I wanted an upgrade and highly regret it. My old washer that was over 10 years old washed my clothes 1000 times better than this brand new one. Do not buy!! This is a terrible product and I am past my 30 days to return the product. Do not waste your money on this. Spend a little more to get a better product.
