    Can’t believe they still sell washing without providing wash times, digital readout screens, or even the most basic information. I made a bad choice with this washing machine.!

    There are 2 reasons for the low rating I gave this washing machine. It does not give sufficient water to even cover the clothes and with no agitator the clothes do not circulate well enough to get really clean. The reviews on Best Buy's site were favorable enough to make me purchase this. I wish I had did more research and googled the product. Many have the same issues as I. Even after watching videos on how to "properly" load it and reading "tricks" on how to get more water, it still is the worse washer I have owned. All hoses and water pressure have been checked so that isn't the problem. I am currently saving up for a different one.

    Didn’t like this machine. It wouldn’t fill completely without resetting deep fill each time I used it. It was an extremely quiet machine though.

    I had to call service after 4 days because the drum speed was slow and it wasn’t draining. Service said nothing was wrong and it’s working fine now. It may have been the installation done which I paid for

    Had to reschedule the delivery for a second date. The team that arrived claimed they were there for take-away only and I didn't pay for installation. Also said they didn't have the new machine and that a second truck would bring the new washing machine. When I told them I would call Best Buy to verify, suddenly they had the machine on the truck. They delivered and installed my machine. This delivery team was trying to rip me off and would likely have resold the machine. Terrible experience!

    It is okay. It doesn't wash clothes that good. Just have to wash smaller loads of where it is suppose to wash large loads.

    Can't really review the washer, as it was never delivered. You cancelled my delivery time, and when rescheduled you were a no call no show

    Brand New Washer Doesn’t Clean

    I purchased the washer and dryer set and they’re both incredibly disappointing. The washer doesn’t properly wash. The water only stays on top and doesn’t reach the bottom are dry. It’s clear it doesn’t clean and had to run the same small load at least 3 times but it’s still not clean. I watched the cycle and it doesn’t have enough water to cover the clothes and the detergent is nonexistent. I thought I did my research but if it can help someone else stay away from this washer/dryer set. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone

    The product itself is working just fine. I'm happy with it but your customer service sucks. They show no empathy when there is an issue and no rush or care to resolve the issue in a timely manner. We ordered a washer and dryer but upon delivery, they only delivered the washer. After many calls I was told the next delivery was not for 8 days later. We had family come in for the Thanksgiving holidays and could not wash and dry laundry. I had to go spend money and time at the laundry mat. I've told my family and friends to never purchase big appliances at Best Buy. We will never make that mistake again. I'll stick with Home Depot or Lowe's for that.

    Did I get a defective washer? I've only had it for 2 weeks and have had all sorts of problems. Sometimes I run a load and the detergent dispenser doesn't empty. Other times I run a load and it just stops in the middle, and I have to start it all over again. It's been nothing but problems since day 1. I'm definitely returning and not sure I will ever purchase LG again.

    The washer broke after 2 weeks of purchase. Had to wait for the tech for a week to come. Tech advised to not use the heavy duty beddings option. So, what it it there for.

    TUB STOPPED SPINNING AFTER ONLY 4 MONTHS!

    This washer was delivered and installed on December 10th, 2024. It is now April 12, 2025 and the drum has stopped spinning. I have only had the machine for 4 months. This is the worst purchase of my life and LG needs to fix this. Don't bother wasting your money. You're better off with a cheaper machine.

    It broke within a year. Get the warranty. It was however a great purchase for being a first time buyer.
