Ease of, quiet, easy to look at. My family likes it

A beautiful washing machine! Easy to use. Gets the clothes super clean! The clear, see through lid, is a nice idea. You can see what is happening during each cycle. Sometimes better than TV ;0). Love my new washing machine!

The machine performance so far is excellent the levels of loads are justvwhat my family and I needed it not frustrating to use and my grandson who's just starting to learn how to not only separate clothing but using the washing and with this machine set up which appears to be based on individual needs as well as a whole family just makes purchasing this brand but specifically this model worth having .

I replaced a builders grade washer of another manufacturer. When I shopped at Best Buy they have several washers of various brands and prices. I chose the LG washer because it had one of the highest CR ratings. The new washer was delivered and installed for me. I am very pleased with it. It is much quieter than the other washer and it performs well. I would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

Washer works very well. Buttons are easy to figure out. It has a lovely little tune it plays when the cycle is done!

Works excellent and has a setting to self-clean which helps keep soap buildup, pet dander, etc. from damaging the machine.

Easy to install, easy to use. Quiet and efficient. Only had it for a month, so hopefully it lasts a long time! But happy with it so far.

When my Samsung washer died on me, I was able to purchase this LG washer online, and they delivered it quick! I like it much better than my Samsung, and we are very happy with our purchase. Customer service staff were incredibly helpful and we appreciate their assistance!

Have only had the washer for a month after buying it based on high ratings for durability. Thank God so far so good but one thing we don't care for is the top glass door. Our 22 yr old Kenmore had a metal lid that was easy to raise and lower. This lid can't be raised except in a very, very, very slow fashion which is annoying if you're in a rush and who isn't. Watching the clothes spin in the drum through the glass can be dizzying too. Other than that clothes come out clean and I pray it lasts as long as my Kenmore workhorse of a machine.
