    I haven’t had the washer long enough to give a great review. Had to watch a video on U-tube to wash a load of clothes. Don’t like that if the lid is raised during wash, may have to replace washer. Don’t know if clothes are getting a good wash. Still don’t know what the water level is going to be with each wash.

    Love this Washer!! However the people that were supposed to install it couldn't because they couldn't find the water shut off valve! So I had to hire someone from AC Applicance to hook it up for $353.12!!

    This is a basic machine that works well. Three stars is for how inaccessible to bottom of the machine is. It is too deep for easy retrieval; I am 5'6. I have considered returning, but not in the mood for the hassle.

    I am happy with my washer and the service provided. It came as scheduled and the delivery people were polite and informed as to what was needed to install. They also told me I could call with any problems I had and someone would be available to answer my questions.
