I love it! Replaced an older LG model with this new and improved model. It really does a great job. It has a lot of new features that my old model lacked. The addition of "steam" is really nice.

It is a good washing machine. It has all the functions that we need. It miss one star because I need to do water plus every time. If not, the clothes looks like not rinse good. After add the water plus, the clothes are very clean.

This is a good washer and dryer, however the cycles are EXTREMELY long. That is the only downfall for me :( I was hoping for a little better experience for the price we paid. It does wash the clothes really great though

Nice washer so far. Little bit of noise on spin cycle, but it is a washing machine after all. Had it about a month. No complaints yet.

Fantastic laundry machine! Cleans soiled fabrics and spins so dry that it cuts dryer time! Thoroughly dry the interior of the machine when leaving it unused for an extended time.

I love my LG washer. I was concerned switching from top load to a front load washer would involve learning a whole new set of instructions. Not true for LG. Love the little musical tones.

Great washer ! Love the extra water feature which is absent on many brands. Plenty big and the front load doesn't twist your clothes into knots like many agitator models.

White came out white using the bright white wash without having to use bleach. Better than my old LG. It is louder than my old LG. I am pleased with all the wash options.

After the 1st use of this washer, I knew we made the best choice of the others we looked at. I love the quick cycle as I tend to many small loads. Usually 1 load everyday.

Purchased this exact washing machine 10 years ago. It worked flawlessly. Finally the center bearing on the drive gear wore out. We decided to purchase this same unit once again.

I love my new washer! It is quiet, has great capacity, and clothes are fresh and clean. I am careful after each use to wipe off the rubber seal and I keep the door open until dry to avoid odor.

We have be very pleased with the wash quality, settings and overall use of the washer. The phone app that is available with bluetooth doesn't work. Could not get the phone to sync with washer or companion dryer.

clothes are much clean compres to my 13 year old Maytag Washington machine. Like the cycles , anti vibration technology and a Quite run.

Good products, like LG washer. Only disaapointment was the deliver guy broken the water valve at the laundry room while he quickly turning the shut off valve, making a big leaking...

I've owned an LG front loader for the past 15 years, so it was my first choice of brand for a replacement. The turbo wash is amazing. I also purchased the Sidekick.

I was a little skeptical of the price. Reviews from customers and Consumer reports sold me. I'm glad we got this, it is so much better than the washer we had. We absolutely love it!

Have been using this washing machine since end of January and so far it is performing satisfactorily. No complaint so far.
