Purchased this and the pedestal washer! This is my first time having a front load washing machine, I like it but I don't like how you always have to wipe it out after each load.

have had for a little over a month, paired with the matching dryer, this thing works great. Very quite, seems to wash fast. Cloths come out amazingly clean, overall very happy

Had the washer for about a month now and so far its doing its job quite well! Like the Steam function which helps sanitize your clothes. Takes a while to finish a cycle but you can tell that your clothes are clean afterwards!

We purchased Thisbis a replacement for a previous LG. So far so good and even has a few upgrades from the previous model.

This machine is quiet, efficient, cleans wonderfully and has worked out the kinks from our last version of this model very well. And that one lasted 15 years in nearly 24/7 use.

So far we like everything about this washer. I'd recommend that you review the user's manual to learn how to use all the features, but we're very happy with this purchase.

I went from a 4.2 to a 4.5 cu. ft. washer . What a difference .3 cu ft. makes! I love the washer. It has so many different settings. You can't go wrong with an LG washer!

Love this washer !! My clothes are much cleaner than my previous top loader machine. This machine gets the job done !!

This was ok nothing to write home about. I would say if you can get a good deal for this go for it, but does not stand to the current competition from Samsung.

After trying a top loader we switched to front loader. Faster and quieter than Top loader. FEWER wrinkles than top load model. Washes much faster than top load.

great value for a high quality unit. we choice this LG model because of its narrow depth & fits perfectly in our laundry room. would highly recommend this unit to anyone.

Time will tell if the appliance will be good, The delivery an75d installation was miserable. They cause $$ of problems in getting the old machine out of the basement. They then left a pliers inside the new machine after they left, They said they were well familiar with the installation, but they did NOT complete it. They left with the job 75% complete. Informing Best Buy of these problems accomplished nothing after 2 hour+ phone conversations. Best Buy had been one of my favorite stores but my wife has sworn not to buy anything from them ever again. At least I won't buy another appliance that requires installation...

It hasn't been long enough to give a real detailed review but so far we are pleased with our new washer. Really enjoyed our buying experience at Best Buy for appliances.

It is good for the price. It is not 5 because it wrinkle the clothes no matter what cycle you put. Looks like all machines are doing the same thing now. I had to return a Samsung because it was worst.

This Washer is good. I was concerned because it was an open box item. After, talking to the rep in the store he made me feel reassured what I got was a good product.

Washes fine. However.. On the wash select dial there is a label marked downloaded. So I called LG. Apparently that is used only with washers that have WIFI built in and use an android ie..LG phone. That is very unprofessional and actually counter productive. I will never buy another LG product. They even offer an iPhone app. that supposedly diagnoses problems using NFC. That crashed.

This is my second LG washer, and I love it. Cleans extraordinarily well. The cycles are shorter on this unit than my last one. I wish the doors could be reversed.

Loads of feature and like the sleek finish. Definitely would recommend. Energy efficient and water efficient too.

Great price lots of features time will tell if it's a great buy. I have always had whirlpool washers but after to many repairs decided to invest in LG this time. Hopefully it lasts longer than the whirlpool

Had this installed by the geek squad. The unit has been working fine, although sometimes it's a little loud when the water is flowing in. Also, the spin cycle can get pretty loud if you are doing towels.
