Washes really good. The only reason for four stars is because it shakes a little too much but only because the spin cycle is very strong, so it’s a small inconvenience for a good washer.

Well built and many settings for washing clothes from fast to long (dirty) cycles. This fit under our built in concrete countertop.

I am very happy with my purchase. I was a little skeptical. My clothing comes out clean. Only complaint is it may take a little longer to wash.

For a returned floor model, it has ben as expected except that with in about 2 weeks we needed a new door latch part. It was fixed with in another 10 days. Glad I had the extra warrenty

Love LG and all their products! This LG is much easier to clean than my 12 year old one, and love the magnetic prop open on this to let the washer dry out.

Pretty happy so far. On larger loads the washer does shake a little more than the one replaced, but other than that it does a good job. Its nice to have the clear window to see the wash taking place.

Very happy with purchase. I do follow guidelines to keep it clean and there has been no issues with mold. Usually keep it open for a while though after done.

My wife is a massage therapist and can wash up to five sets of sheets a day and with the Steam Option it’s the perfect way to Sanitize the sheets.

Bought it new but, damaged and so far doesn't seem to affecting the performance of the washer. Initially, washer setting were little different than what I was used to but, I've figured it out.

This washer has all the bells and whistles but I wish I got the bottom section too to do small loads

SEEMS TO SENSE LARGE LOADS AND SMALLER ONES WITHOUT MY MAKING ANY ADJUSTMENT. THE FRONT LOADING DOOR GIVES ME EASY ACCESS SEEMS I AM SHORT. (5'3")

I like that it has antibacterial wash. It’s great. You can wash the white with the color in it don’t fade/bleed

Best washer...love the speedwash..20 min sm loads clean. Amazing washer...dont look any further. Beware when cleaning filter-get on tight
