I like the quality and ease of use of this machine. I will say it is hard to get used to the idea that is cleans well using so much less water than the old style machines but I have no complaints with how my clothes look and feel after being washed and dried. Some of the negative reviews I read I attribute to people not having read the instruction manual.

I have had lg front loaders in the past that were fantastic, so I had high hopes. Perhaps too high. The spin is very fast, and some clothes are practically dry when I take them out, which is great for electric dryers. This model has huge capacity, so maybe I needed to add more detergent, (or less, since it's so water efficient), but my first few loads were disappointing. Stains, smells - was like I did nothing but dampen the clothes. Now, after a few weeks, I have a system. Separate towels (go ahead, gasp, I never did it before); some quasi believable rumors online say they hog the water. Prewash no detergent, just to get most of the clothes wet. 1 full scoop biokleen with 1 scoop oxygen bleach, water plus. Every load takes close to 2 hours. I *think* my clothes are clean? Still on the fence about this one.

We purchased this a little over a month ago (to replace an 11 year old Whirlpool Duet,) and couldn't be happier. It cleans well and it is SO quiet! I like that the gasket inside is easy to clean, making it less likely for mold to grow. (I wipe it down after each use and leave the door and dispenser open as an added precaution.) So far, we are very pleased!

We love this washer thus far! It cleans the clothes well and has many useful presets. It also has steam functions which our other washer had but we never used. The sales person at Best Buy told us how and what she used it for. It really is a useful thing to have! The hardest part is trying to make sure the washer is dried out so as to prevent mildew.

The machine my wife and I bought is great. It is quiet and runs smooth.

This LG machine is easy to load and remove clothes. Just the right height. It easily washes the 2 sets of sheets that I load each time. I use it only for my large loads as I also bought a small one for it to set on for all my delicate and small loads. So far it is terrific. I have tried heavy soil and I have used the steam cycles several times. Works great!

This thing washer has so many modes I haven't found them all yet. I know there's more expensive washers with more features out there but I can't figure out how anyone needs more than this one offers. Easy to load and the display guides you through setting up your wash.
