It's my first time to buy LG washing machine. It's really powerful and quite.

Love it! Does the best job ever clothes and everything are cleaner and drier.

I almost don't even want to use the machine because i have to tediously dry out the gasket every time i use it to "slow" the mold from growing i was told i can only slow it down not stop it. They should have figured out a way to not have that happen! This is horrible. my only choice is a front loader but if i move i will never own one again!!!!

Machine cleans better then advertised. Delivery was on time and prompt

Great look however making a knocking noise on the spin cycle Going to have LG take a look to find out why. Think the drum is un balanced

Great washer with lots of settings and features. Runs quite and doesn't seem to use a lot of water.

Was delivered worked with no problems out the box. This was my third delivery. 2 by another company which were problems out of the box

We had a top load LG washing machine. My wife is only 5ft tall and has had problems with getting everything out of the bottom of the tub. We went to the Best Buy in New Tampa and located a front load LG washer and it is a great machine. It cleans great and is very quiet. We liked the old top load but this front loader really seems to do a better job washing.

Compared to my previous LG washer, I noticed that right off that bat that the spin/drain performance of this washer was poor. And over the last two months the spin/drain performance has steadily deteriorated; to the point now that the washer will not complete a medium size load. The washer currently will not complete its final spin/drain cycle and instead wobbles itself back and forth for an indefinite amount of time until it cancels the load and leave behind soaked clothes. Extremely disappointing purchase only 2 months in and establishing service and repair has been a disaster.

Great washer for the price. Quiet and does the job. Still trying to do fire out the bluetooth.

Very excited with our new washer purchase - first time with a front loader. After 4 wash cycles (including the 1 service installation cycle), the washer itself (not the connection, not the plumbing) blew a huge leak (have not heard back yet from Best Buy on the source of the leak). And since there is some type of auto sensing for water level - the washer continued to call for more water so the washer leaked heavily for approx. 10 minutes until the leak was discovered. Which left a HUGE mess, damaged floor, etc.

Love the lg front loading washer. Works great and looks great.

I got both the washer and dryer set. Work great. Efficient.

The washer doesn't have a true steam fresh cycle. You can only use the steam fresh cycle with another wash cycle.

I have the model prior to this one, replaced it b/c started doing noises and got mold. This one was supposed to be better with newest technology, not happy at all, it is leaking by the front door.
