The washer sent to us was a lemon. It leaked! LG tried to fix it but no luck after 4 trips and still they wouldn't replace it. Best Buy stepped in & replaced it and the new one is perfect. Gotta give kudos to Best Buy & a raspberry to LG!

I am so happy that I chose this model. The dispenser options are easily accessible, the setting options are unlimited, and IT IS QUIET. Added bonus, the 'done" signals are a nice symphony rather than an annoying buzzer! It has a huge capacity, but also does small loads well.

Waited a couple weeks to set up the WiFi connection and it doesn’t work. The washer itself works great and does a great job. LG customer service doesn’t have tech’s after 5pm or on weekends after people get off.

This has been a really good purchase. We did not get the optional base that has a small washer but got the regular base that is a drawer. Unfortunately this base is a slightly different height so the washer and dryer do not sit even with each other. But the washer has handled multiple sized loads of many different items without issues.

Love the graphite color, remote access, push notifications when the cycle is done, and other technology features. Unfortunately, we have attempted various options and followed all the troubleshooting advice on balancing this machine and it still shakes rather violently during the spin cycle at the end. I can actually hear it upstairs, so I know when the cycle is on it’s last leg. Our previous machine which was the same brand & general style, just eight years older didn’t do this. For this reason, I would not recommend it to others.

I have to say, spending $3000 on these sets with everything is kinda pricy for me but I wanted to do it once and be done with it. I have yet to use the WIFI part of it.. I don't even know what it means honestly. but the only complaint I have is when i shut the door, it comes back out easily. nothing drastic.. but thats it. no other complaints.

The one thing I wish this had was a reversible door like the dryer so that transfers from washer to dryer are easier! Otherwise I love it

This washer is easy to use and efficient. It cleans all types of clothing and misc. items MUCH better than my old machine. It is easy to use, and I especially like the "Tub Clean" feature. Overall, this was a great purchase!

Washer works as good as should be expected for a washer at this price. However, way over priced.

Love this washer. It's amazing, and gets the clothes clean. Cycles are super efficient, uses less laundry detergent and finishes more quickly than my prior unit. Can't say enough good things about it. Great purchase.
