Previously had a Maytag and Samsung. But love the many features of this LG unit and also love the color. It's very quiet, efficient, and keeps the clothes clean.

Washer leaked all over floor

Returned entire order with pedestals. Dryer didn’t dry properly as well. Had to run towels through 2 cycles. Purchasing a different set. Spent over $3,000 and completely dissatisfied with entire experience other than sending them back.

When paire with the matching dryer and sidekick washer you have an unbeatable combination. You will not be disappointed. The speed of the wash cycle is amazing. The capacity is a plus as well.

Call the LG support they told me they are working on that was a month ago and I don't hear anything what going on. No recommend to anyone using Apple products (IOS). I give 3 stars because the washer do not support IOS otherwise 5 stars

It took many 6 months of the BRAND NEW wash leaking and MANY service requests before they were willing to do anything at all. Even now I am not satisfied with the result.

Immediately pushed off to their insurance company Sedgwick. They don't give a ___. Over 10 days now with no contact. I've called 20 or more times. There is only one guy who actually seems to care (Bryan Anderton), but he can't get hold of them either. NEVER AGAIN will BB get a penny of my money. Completely worthless customer service once you're out the door.
