This washer is everything i had hoped for! I love that the drawer you place soap, softener, etc. is easily removed to air dry after each wash. I love that it is quiet, saves water and cleans all clothes in cold, warm or hot water so well. It's a great washer.

I love this machine! Its so quiet but offers so many services. It also helps cut down on the bill by weighing each load to determine the water level. This washer was a great price also. I would definitely recommend this lg washer if youre looking to buy.

I went in looking for a basic machine. Finding this beauty marked 'Open Box', I received a deal to good to pass up. A small dent on the side, meant a Huge savings for me. Uses less water and gets the clothes clean. So many wash options. Even a pause button to add forgotten items. Extremely happy with this purchase.

I liked this washer very much. It used very little water. Laundry came out exceptionally clean. This model has a drum light, which should be standard on all front-load models. I saved a small fortune on detergent and bleach due to the dispensing system.

This washer has performed exceptionally. I bought it to replace an older unit where the bearing had gone out. This unit is quieter and washes clothes in about half the time. I haven't even tried out all of the features but it does a great job cleaning clothes which is really all I care about. Great product.

Have used for several weeks. There's a small learning curve, but the machine runs pretty quiet and does a great job. The clothes are clean and very well spun out. A few nice things: built in measuring marks for detergent, removable cover to clean filter, and many optional settings. Sharp looking, too!

We were looking at different brands of machines to replace our Whirlpool front loading washer. Friends had a LG and they loved it. My wife read several reviews and this was a top rated machine. The price point was in the range we were looking at and this washer had the features we were looking for.

We’ve had Whirlpool, Maytag, and an LG before this one — and that LG lasted over 12 years. It was great! But this one tops it. It cleans better and does it with less water and with better sound insulation. This is a rock-solid choice among washers, and you can’t go wrong with it.

This is a quiet washing machine that seem to balance itself and any thumping is brief. I am inspired to dutifully separate items so I can enjoy the features of the machine. At least for a while, any way.

Not a lot of cycle choices and haven't figured out how or even if I can make my own cycle. I think there should be a warning if and item is caught in the door. Ran a completely cycle and as the garment got wet, it leaked down the front of the washer.

Did not get enough water to wet clothes for 1/2 hour into cycle. Impossible to see the writing on the display. The lights on the options were bright and totally blinded the other letters that had no back lighting. VERY VERY POOR DESIGN...... All LG appliances have this fault! Replaced this with a white same model and got sufficient water and the display was and is still very very difficult to see.....Washes well. Most options are pre set and cannot be changed... strange very strange

The product is top of the line. It runs efficiently and quiet with so many options that it will take time to learn. the installation was perfect, so much so that you can barley hear it run. There is no shaking nor vibrating as with other tumble washers. and the price was right.

I PURCHASED THE WASHER/DRYER SET. I am extra biased here because the sum of parts create laundry harmony which by definition means they belong together. Granted I've been using an old quarter vending dryer for the last 2 decades but this LG technology is THE BOMB. It's like putting your clothes in a THE EYE OF A HURRICANE, sooo much water spinning faster than the eye can track. Best part is that the machine plays you a nice little song when it's done not like those machines of yore that would bleed your ears with a horrible buzzing. DON'T FORGET THE DRYER OR IT WILL BE LONELY :(

This is another fabulous product by LG, we are extremely happy so far in the one month we have owned the product. The machine is very quiet, lot of programmable wash cycles. The tub size is very large it has overall reduced the number of loads we do per week.

The LG Front Load Washer is very efficient, excellent in all types of loads and washing cycles especially sanitary! The hand wash cycle is perfect for washing sweaters. No shrinkage or wrinkles. I highly recommend both the LG Washer and Dryer.

I love my new LG 14 cycle front loading washer! It's has a lot of great features and 1 feature I wanted was a hand wash cycle. Not many front load washer's have the hand wash cycle. It's very quiet when running!

We have had this washer for 10 months now and have had no issues with it so far. I am very impressed with how well it works and the speed of cleaning clothes. I wish it had an athletics function though.

This washer reforms superbly. The difference between this machine and our twelve year old LG (one of the first HP) is so wide that I really find it hard to explain it. My wife is able to complete the laundry in about 2/3 the time.
