Outstanding washer. Very quiet and gets the job done great.

Great appliance. Very quite, has many different washing cycles for all your needs. Very efficient in using a small amount of water but your laundry comes out clean and fresh. Highly recommend this washer. I hope this LG washer serves us as long as the old one we had for 16 years.

This an easy to use washer. That has many different settings.

Cleans clothes and is pretty quiet compared to our old one.

This is our second LG washer/dryer set. Our first set were sold with our house so we needed to buy a new set. No problem making the decision to go with LG again as our first set ran great. The new machine is even better with more options/cycles and a great steam clean sanitizing setting. Definitely a great machine.

I had a top loader before this washer and I hated it, it was a piece of garbage. We went with an LG this time because they don't seem to have issues. I love this washer, I know it sounds silly but I honestly think our clothes get cleaner. I love the turbo wash and the extra cold water feature. The loads are quicker with the turbo wash!

Overall I really like the LG front load washing machine. I just think a few of the cycles listed are redundant or strange like "heavy duty" and there are cycles that everyone would use that are missing, like bedding/sheets. I also wish that it would allow me to choose any water temp and any spin speed on any chosen cycle.

This washing machine is awesome. Cleans clothes very well.

I bought this 2 weeks ago. Does a really nice job. Washing part of the cycle is much longer than my old front loader that was 11 yrs old. When running with the turbo option the machine walks. Bought rubber feet and now it is not as bad. The vibration on the floor is not as bad now too. There are more levels of soil than my old machine, as well as water temps. The tune it plays at the end is hilarious.

We bought a LG pair at another store but their delivery team delivered at a wrong location. So we bought this pair of LG at bestbuy. Best pricing and installation delivery team! The only thing is the Dryer sometimes gives D80 error code. I am sure BestBuy or LG will follow up to help us.

I've had this washer for 2 years now. No matter what we do it shakes like crazy on the spin cycle. It seems to wash alright and we haven't had any mechanical issues. I just can't stand how it shakes so bad when it spins...makes it sound like it's going to come through the wall.

All these electronic gadgets require you to read the book to figure out what wash cycle is best for your clothes and since you need HE products you need to purchase them. I found that using the pods did not work for me as they stuck to my clothes so I called the manufacturer of the pods and they reimbursed me and now I use a liquid washer product and it works fine.

I've used this LG washer for about 6 wks now. It has many useful cycles, the turbo setting does considerably reduce the running time for several cycles. It runs quietly, yet has some spin cycles that operate at a great rate of speed. I've yet to use the steam cycle. This is my second LG front loader. The first lasted twelve years.

Improvement over standard model including capacity and sound

It's the TurboWash that makes all the difference. It's relatively quiet and use less water than most other washer I know of. Lots of options. No need to select your load size as it senses the load size it automatically. It also has steam - but I rarely use it. Overall, a great washer.

This washing machine is the holy Grail. It has endless options and I actually like to sit and watch the cycles go through because it’s so neat to watch it and see how it functions! I got it as an open box set at Best Buy for half of the original price and I couldn’t be more excited about it
