After we returned the first washer, this replacement washer works fairly well.

I’m not sure what I was expecting at this fairly high price point, but I guess it’s fine. It washes stuff. I’m just not sure it washes stuff any better than a less expensive washer. I do like the cool black metallic color, though.

Returned another LG unit for this one as this had more features and functions the other did not. Turbowash is a really neat feature and does not make nearly as much noise as the other LG unit. I love the steam functions.

This washer completely made my life easier but cutting wash time. In addition, I get wash my sensitive clothes using the hand wash option. I really love this washer. If I want something washed quickly, I can use the quick wash option. I highly recommend this washer!

I was told this was the best of the best. Get the insurance as Lg customer service sucks but if you get the Best Buy warranty you have zero worries

I do now recommend buying this washer or any other appliances from Best Buy. Just stick to buying TVs and other electronics there. The first washer had a leak from the spray nozzle in inside the drum that would not stop. I did an exchange and the second washer didn't have this problem but had a leak coming from under the washer. Both of these issues occurred in about a month. I am returning the washer for a refund and would like to return the matching dryer to but Best Buy is telling me I don't have this option since I am past the return date of the original purchase. I would also like to note that the installers for both the original washer and the replacement did a poor job in my opinion and were not very knowledgable or seemed to even care if it was right.

Love how quiet this machine is and how clean my clothes feel!

The washer has been great to use and I definitely prefer a front load. I also purchased the pedestal with the washer in it for small loads. I had to call the plumber to install as it needs water to both top and bottom washers.. something I had not anticipated.

I will admit I haven't looked into all the features this washer has but so far I have been pleased with how it has worked. As with all front-loaders, you have to be mindful of the potential musty scent that may happen if you leave a load of washed clothes in for too long.

I was a little worried about buying such a higher dollar washer, but really once you start looking this is a great purchase. It actually has almost everything the higher dollar one does. Super quote wash, And i love the steam option. Overall, great washer!!

I purchased this washing machine specifically because my top loader broke in less than 4 years of use. Consumer reports suggested that a front loader was more dependable than a top loader, and that LG had a better reputation than Samsung. So far, I have no complaints

Such an upgrade from our previous washing machine! Love that this machine has a hand wash setting and that the detergent tray rinses with each wash. Our old washing machine had mold problems in and around the tray.

I don't usually like lots of features, but these actually make sense. The turbo wash is amazing - fast and did a great job! Towel setting worked well - no problem with balancing.

Purchased this washer and accompanying dryer as part of recent home purchase. The number of options in these units will fulfill most users needs. The added benefit of steam functions on both provides gentle fabric care and conditioning. Great set!

Really like the pre programmed options and the ability to also customize. Gentle on clothing. Front loader washers are so much better on not destroying my laundry.

These machines do the job in half the time it normally took our old washer and dryer. Very pleasant sound when laundry is ready. The sanitary function really helps get the sweaty smell out of my husbands gym and work clothes.

This is the second time I’ve purchased an LG washer. The first one lasted over 10 years, but then I moved. I love this one and all the options it has. Very energy-efficient and does a great job cleaning my clothes.

My Washer and Dryer are great! We have them in a short term rental of ours and they work very well w/ doing Lots of loads, many with towels, sheets and blankets

I couldn't be happier with the purchase! It looks amazing, works amazing and sounds amazing. Very quiet and even plays a little song when its done washing.. Highly recommended!!!

This particular model has the handwash feature I wanted. This is my first front load washer and it is a little more higher maintenance but I absolutely love the performance so far.
