After researching a lot of washers , This one had everything I wanted in my price range and the reviews were good . I would definitely recommend this washer . I have three boys and this washer hasn't stopped since I bought it .

Appreciated pre-delivery updates. The installers were courteous and efficient. There have been no post-delivery problems. I am very pleased with the models I purchased.

We love our washer it's built so much better then the Samsung pile we had prior. The light on the inside is pretty cool. It still shakes our 1st floor laundry but not nearly as bad as the Samsung and no more squeaking.

The design and color of this washer is stunning. I love the steam functions. Clothes come out noticeably cleaner and fresh smelling. The matching had a dent when delivered but Best Buy immediately scheduled a replacement unit.

My wife and I did extensive research to find this washer and she loves it. Energy efficient and washes everything on whatever cycle is chosen as advertised. Very happy with this purchase-great value!

I had a set of LGs for 10 years and they were great! Replaced those with this new set and love them, Awesome set and do a great job. Couldn't get a nicer looking set, got lots of compliments in a month! Very happy thus far!

bought this to replace a Samsung front loader that was 11 years old. I can honestly say it is a huge improvement. And no vibration issues at all with this thing ,none.

We replaced our 12-year-old LG washer with this new one. This washer has many more features including a steam setting. It also has a quick wash cycle that saves time and water. We have no regrets.

This is one of the quietest machines I’ve encountered. It gets our clothes superbly clean and has some very awesome features. The unit is the perfect size for an average laundry/utility room.

Like the bigger capacity and capabilities. Dislike is louder on spin cycles and does not seem to be level or easy to level replacing the original LG which was fine even though geek squad installed new one and old one installed myself

My third washer from LG. Always fully satisfied. I hope that this can last for the next 10 years. I still use my LG dryer that I bought 14 years ago.

I’ve had this machine for a few months now. My only complaint is I’m still learning all the features. I watch the old line video that showed me about the cold wash cycle which I can’t wait to try.

Nice looking replacement for laundry room. Many options to have all types of laundry cleaned for different fibers. Would buy again!

I love this washing machine. The many options take into consideration every need. My favorite option is the little amount of water that the machine uses, it’s based on the amount of clothes.

Love this washer, especially the steam feature. Easy to use however cannot use the app features since it only works with an android device, I have an Apple.

This is our 2nd front load washer and we are very happy with the LG brand. This washer has many features but our favorite is the turbo wash which is a faster wash setting. Great product!

I love the chime that goes off when it’s done. There are many choices of what type of load you are washing. It does a great job getting moisture out to dry quicker

Our LG washer works great, looks great and my wife loves to be able to wash different fabrics with the best cycle for the job.

Washer has plenty of cycles and features for anything you can throw at it. Does a great job cleaning and is very quick when needed. The one big drawback is that it makes a loud thumping when beginning the spin cycle on every load. Unit is securely mounted to solid floor and has been checked for imbalance and leveling with no problems found. The noise seems to come from the drum and the door moving excessively. Have had several front load washers, never one like this. Would recommend an other model.

Sleek and elegant. Has many different washing options. Love that the door and be slight open and doesn’t have to be completely open to prevent bad water smells.
