These appliances are beautiful. Delivery was flawless. I look forward to using them daily. Unfortunately, they are not installed yet. This is our fault, not LG or Best Buy. Our remodel is not complete.

I have a similar LG washer except this is a bit more updated. I have not had any issues with mine and it has worked great. My sister should enjoy this one as her first home gift.

We’ve had the machine for about a month and it has worked very well. No issues at all. I like the many options available. We also purchased a sidekick, and I’m quite happy with that as well.

Love this washer. It’s huge compared to my previous heavy duty washer. One of my favorite perks is it tells me how much time is remaining in the cycle. Love the LG tunes instead of beeps.

The washing seems equivalent to the washer we replaced (Duet series of about 11 years). The only complaint I have is that it's a little noisier than our old Duet. Not sure if it's because of the installation or the unit. Going to have to call support to figure this out.

I really enjoy all of the options that this washer has to offer; it covers a whole range of kinds of clothing you may have to optimally wash them, which is really neat.

So far, pretty good. Only complaints: washer doesn't completely drain water to where you have small puddles left after every wash (have to leave door open to dry); moisture sensor on dryer is inaccurate -- clothes aren't always dry when it says they are.

Washer is great! Plenty large and glad I didn't gamble with a cheap top load. Steam is a good feature. Even better because I got a deal for this. Look for floor model discounts. Paid 600 each.

So far we’re liking our new washer. It runs well, quiet and the biggest feature we love it spins more water out of the clothes than any washer we’ve had before.

Bought this pair of washer and dryer to replace some 12 year old ones. This is by far better than we have owned. Would recommend this product to a friend.

The wash cycle is fast and does a great job. My work sweaters need hand wash and look great. My husband uses the delicate cycle for his shirts. Really love my washer.

Washer finally gave out. Bought this and haven't looked back. Plenty of cycle options. Run the self-clean once a month or so and you're good.
