    Got this item from a best buy outlet store. It had major issues. Luckily we got the warranty on it. The hoses were the wrong type and leaked and we had to get another part replaced. The replacement part was the item that told the w.m. that it had hot water. Before the replacement it kept erroring out and not finishing a load. After the replacements, this works great. So, I'd give the actual item a 4*, but the best buy outlet experience a 2*.
