Unstable washer

I was assured that the pedestal it was on had nothing to do with it. I had to exchange it within the first week of having it. When the second washer came in it was still shaking a lot in the spin cycle that it would move from it’s original position. Let me make it clear that they were leveled by the installer when they were delivered. It does wash well. It is unfortunate that I had to return them as I had heard LG was a good brand.
