I purchased this washing machine because of the good ratings but the first time I used it to wash it leaked water from the bottom. Had Best Buy technician come by and check it but he could not find anything wrong with it. I hope this is not the beginning of future problems.

I like new "toys" to play with. I am enjoying this washer so far

Bought washer. 2 loads of laundry later water won't stop flowing in. Bad solenoid. Ok. Things happen. Repair guy from Geek squad makes 2 trips out abs fuses that issue. Something is put back together improperly and now the controls are recessed and not working properly. Best Buy raises to fix a washer THAT HAD NEVER WORKED PROPERLY and sends me to LG who never answers their calls. Customer service is AWFUL I will NEVER purchase from Best Buy again.

I love my new LG washer. I have read and heard from people in the store that LG is one of the top rated washers and dryers. I wanted the newest model so I had to wait on the pair but I did receive the washer first. I love the front load convenience and I also love that I got the pedestals with these machines. So far so good. I am using the pods instead of liquid because I was told they do better with front end loaders.

Pretty loud when washed, I thought it has something broken inside but it doesn’t. It’s cool looks fancy but not okay if the machine is in the house.

Attractive washer. Steam function works very well. Quiet machine. Door not well made; cracked after 1 week. I had to return the unit.

I really like this set but the washer was replaced 2x because both units leaked from the front door, could have been a faulty seal. The unit did perform excellent and had a great turbo wash system, unfortunately after the 2nd had the same issue we had to choose a different manufacturers set.

So far, not the happiest after paying $1,500. Most likely calling service due to the load noises at start-up and during cycle.

purchase open box. nice look amd love the features but having trouble with it leaking water after wash. i need to trouble shoot.

Our first machine was delivered with a broken front control, not an issue Best Buy replaced the machine. But...that machine wobbled while spinning, as does it's replacement. It's firm, it's level, it wobbbles out of balance and I'm sure it's destroying the longevity of the washer. We've decided this will be our last front loader.

Washer ok but dryer excellent the washer is a bit loud on take off.

I'm sooooo excited about my new washer haven't gotten the chance to use it but it is beautiful!

I love the washer, my only problem was, it came with a dent on the front of the washer.

The machine look very nice with 14 option. You can do hand wash / wool , allergiene , delicate....steam but it is very noice and shaking and moving to the left. They replace for me the 2nd one,it is little bit better but it still moving when i wash with high speed. I call for service he come down and said it is defected. I am waiting for them to delivery for me the 3 rd one. I hope it is ok this time

Average washing machine,very easy to use. Long cycle time.

It is it? During time seems to take longer than the last one.

Good and efficient washer. Noisy and shakes on spin cycle.

Heavy vibration, not happy in the first two weeks.

I purchased this set by recommendation by manufacturer representative in store and waited to have delivered got it in finally and first load bounced all over place I had it on pedestals maybe that was the problem i leveled it several times and still same so we returned the set went to GE Right Hight set and absolutely love them

Compliments the dryer and has a dry clean wash mode which is great and has saved me $ from professionly dry cleaning my clothes
