first front load and loving it. Have had no issues and connection was easy

I have had this washer for about 3 weeks now and I am so impressed! Washes quickly and efficiently! It is very quiet. Larger loads take longer but not as long as my old front loaders. I highly recommend!

I owned an LG washer similar to this before so I know how it works. This one has more bells and whistles. My wife has plenty of hand wash items and I feel that setting is great for those delicate items. It can be a bit loud when initially filling with water. I haven't figured out if I like the steam cycle or not. It takes a long time. I feel the clothes are sanitized when they come out. The jury is still out on that. I recommend this. I think it can connect to an android phone, I haven't tried that feature.

I love the large size of this machine. It works great and has many washing options. The only issue is there can still be a slight odor on towels which is a problem with front load machines. Keeping the machine door open is important.

This dryer is a good machine. It's quiet and easy to operate. I am concerned that comforters don't dry fully. Also, the machine with the pedestal are too heavy for me to move to clean the vent. Otherwise, I am happy with my purchase.

Faster than my previous washer. Quieter.....so far it has been great.

Delivery was great, I removed the old appliances and the new ones were installed in about 20 minutes. The washer is quiet and balanced, unlike my old front loader which was noisy and had a tendency to shake when it did not like a load. This is my first appliance purchase from Best Buy and the experience was awesome from the sales person to the delivery guys.
