Easy to use and does a great job. Steam washing has eliminated stains that I couldn't get out before. Keeps work clothes like new.

This is the quietest washing machine I ever seen it is so quite you will notice it is working and it cleans every thing very well.

I am very pleased with the washer. It seems to do a great job and I like the variety of settings--I can always get what I want. The steam cycle takes a bit longer, but is worth the wait periodically for very clean towels etc.

Replaced older washer/dryer with LG. Couldn't be happier with this model. Plenty of capacity for family of 4, kids make enough mess to need frequent washes. Ability to set your own cycles or download using your NFC enabled android is awesome. The only caveat I would mention is size. Most new washer/dryer are oversized, especially in this capacity range. Make sure your laundry area can fit it properly. Not easy to get it home only to realize it won't fit. It did fit for us but needed some work for dryer.

This washer is great. It holds so much laundry. It does a great job on cleaning. It takes a little getting used to the many setting options but once you do it's great.

I didn't know if I'd like a front loader, but I'm very happy. It is fun to see it weigh the load and add just the right amount of water. I have saved my favorite settings as a custom setting. It plays a cute tune when done.

We bought this about a month ago and so far I am happy with the purchase. Machine is very quiet during spin cycles and turbo technology washes the clothes quickly.

Best front load LG washer. Bestbuy gave me a really great price again and the customer service was excellent. Definitely added the 5 year warranty for less than $100 it was an obvious option.

Upgrade from a maytag - which failed after only 5 years. Very quiet - good options for washes. Only issue would be door - does not always close on first try.

So far-so good. My wife loves it so far. Of course we only had it for a month. Time will tell, but reviews on it before was great, where others wasn't.

The research we did before purchasing the pair were right on. It's still is premature give a hands down recommendation since we have only had the units for a little over a month. So far, so good.

The entire online purchase was very pleasing. The delivery was a day early which was great. The delivery team was very professional and timely !

The only reason it did not get 5 stars is because the first one had some issues with it. I am a firm believer in protection plans and it has already paid off. Got my replacement washer and it is amazing, works great , fast and washes big loads no problem!
