Have not used it yet but I am looking forward to my first wash! Everything I have read about this unit is outstanding.

Even though it's a little bit pricy, but so far I am please of what I purchased. I would recommend this to a friend.

It turns my dirty bar towels back to white. It cleans very well. Operation is very quiet. It is worth every penny.

The washing machine works great I love it no problems at all with the second one we got the first one we bought was a floor model which leaked all over my laundry room floor and return damaged drywall ,towels, and linoleum but Best Buy's stepped up and replaced actually did more for us than what we initially had love the water love the customer service.both times the delivery men were very nice the first two I had here were apologetic about the poo rob l ems we had with the washer, I offered them a tip,they took it and apologized again with in 30 min the manager called and replaced it no problems at all , the second delivery was here early and I was thrilled the man showed me everything, he answered questions before I asked, I again offered to tip them and he informed me it was their pleasure and said "we actually can't except tips but thank you" with his kidNess and effort they put forward it reassured me by all I encountered there that it's a good purchase, we went and purchased the warranty with no problems thank you for making this experience so pleasent

I think this washing machine is fantastic. It has everything I need and more. Very quiet to run.

Glad to have purchased this machine. Only problem I have had is the soap and softer dispenser fills up with water.

Great washing machine so far. I have had the machine for a couple of weeks and everything seems to run fine so far.

Still shakes a little from unbalanced loads, but outside of that I love it

Still trying all features, we are not sure about whites, other wise,good machine, vibrates sometimes, which was the main reason we replace the washer.

I have had this washer/dryer pair for a month now and so far so good. No complaints. Love LG appliances!

So far we love this machine. We enjoy all the features that this machine has to offer. It has many different cycles to choose from. Some time saving cycles help us do larger amounts or loads of laundry faster. Machine is quite! We love it. Now let's see how long it will last for????

This is by far the best Washing Machine I have ever used. The steam and sanitary cycles are amazing.

Purchased this washer after much review, it does not disappoint!

Like the dryer, I can't believe I waited this long to upgrade my washer. It takes half the time to wash clothes as it did before and runs very quietly. I can leave the laundry door open and barely hear it. It plays a tune when things are ready instead of an annoying buzzer.

Excellent machine, great water saver, and super in energy saver

Only had a month, but so far great washer, works as expected.

Very happy with my washer and dryer; several options I have not had an opportunity to use yet but impressed the the options I have used.

This washer/dryer combo is great. We've had other brands in the past and this is the best.
