This LG washer replaced a similar high efficiency washer by another major manufacturer when its control board went out (about a $600 fix). It made sense to buy a new washer given the age of the old one. Wow - the larger drum and in particular the turbo jet cuts the wash time by 40 to 50% and with a larger load (more clothes in less time). This was a good decision and choice for us.

Bought package open box floor models work greàt very quiet and easy to install

There are a lot of wash models. Some of them are very useful. It is big enough for washing a king size comforter.

Love the stainless steel color, operation and performance of the LG washer.

We had this duo delivered and installed two weeks ago and we absolutely love it! The machine is extremely quiet compared to other W/D we have had in the past (Maytag and Whirlpool). The design is sleek and the steam feature is really great. I have washed everything from bedding, to delicate blouses to regular clothes. We are so happy to have these new machines!

I had the last machine 17 years so this was quite an upgrade. I hope this one lasts at least 10 years. The all electronic controls makes the load selection a breeze plus I'm able to add a downloadable setting. It's water efficiency gets me a rebate from both PG&E and the water department.

It is a nice upgrade over the previous model. It is quiet. Just leave at the a bit of water on the gasket

This washer machine has many options and can hold a lot of clothes.

Performs well. Due to the increased water pressure the machine uses, you have to purchase a mini-rester/washing machine arrester and connect it to the hot and cold water values to avoid your water pipes shaking throughout the house when the machine goes through the wash/rinse cycles.

Surprisingly I had to ask for a replacement item several times. Finally the fourth was ok.

Washer works well, but loud when measuring water at beginning (i.e., clunk, clunk, clunk). I also did not know when I bought if that it would require leaving the washer door open with a towel over it so that the rubber seal in the door would not mildew (instructions I was given when washer installed).

I've only had my dryer for a month but it is performing consistantly well. I chose it based on reviiews from C.R. I find when drying sheets and blankets I still stop the load several times to unknot the balls of sheets to get them dried properly. The sales staff went out of their way to be helpful and make my shopping experience smooth.
