The washing machine seems to perform well. We shall see how well it performs the test of time. Seems to balance pretty good with all but the bulkiest of loads. Delivery service was horrible and didn't level machine and had bad attitude. We called Best Buy and complained and they said they would call us back and make it right. They never called us back which further soured the experience.

after just 6 or 7 years our LG washer died. We decided to upgrade to the steam model, and nobody beat Best Buy prices. Delivered, set up on our previous under-cabinet drawer, installed, and they hauled away our old one. New one has steam and more features and so far seems to do a better cleaning job - faster too

Loud when spinning. Bangs loudly during spin cycle.

I have only had my washer and dryer for a few weeks but so far they both seem to work well. They do however make a lot of noise which surprises me. Not sure if I like the load sensor which decides how lone to wash. Sometimes it seems too short at 35 minutes.

I've used it 2Xs since it's install. It's amazing!! It's a lot of maintenance tho ( wipe the door, wipe the plastic, keep the door open to air dry, take out the lint etc.). I wish it told me ahead of time how long certain cycles would take tho... who knew the "sanitary" cycle would be 1 hr 30 mins. Jeez!!

Good machine with large capacity. Quicker cycle than most machines like this.

We had a Miele front loader that we had for quite a few years. It's reliability and wash performance were quite high. Thus far the LG has not only met but has exceed the performance of the old Miele. Plus the capacity boost from the large LG wash drum is saving me several loads over the old washer.

After reading lots of reviews, I settled on this LG washer. I was very impressed by the quality of the work that it does. I actually enjoy doing my laundry and have found myself doing laundry more frequently than I have in the past. The laundry comes out very clean and smells amazingly fresh.

I like the color, the types of cycles and the fact that the cycles are FAST! However, I don't prefer the 'turbo' function because it is loud and weird. Rapid pulsing/jet sounds that I don't like. The light inside the tub is awesome since the clothes all seem to get pushed to the very back of the tub. It's not my first choice but it's not a bad one either.

So far everything seems to be working well. Easy set up over all.

IT HAS ONLY BEEN A MONTH BUT PERFORMANCE SEEMS TO BE VERY GOOD.

This washer has great bells and whistles, but still doesn't feel like it cleans as well as my old Kenmore front loader. I sometimes have to wash dirty rags a second time, but it seems to handle sheets and towels better than the Kenmore. The jury is still out for me on this one.

First time owning a front end loading washer. Also the first time owning an LG appliance of any kind. I am very pleased with the performance. Viewing the wash load through the portal I was amazed at how little water and detergent are required to clean all types of clothing.
