Love the washer only down side is having to wipe down the drum and leave the door open to completely air out before closing as to not get a mildew smell otherwise would be a 5 star.

We needed a new washer and this is a great product. The options give you a lot of control and the timer for me is the greatest since I can plan on other things to do while it is running. The spin cycle works so well the clothes dry quicker in the dryer.

Good but the clycle are very long but wash good Ok

Had great luck with past LG appliances. Due to a move had to purchase a new washer and dryer. Washer is ok. Not great, not impressive. Not as good as products from a few years has been. Seems that washer doesn't spin fast or long enough.

TONS OF OPTIONS. LOVE IT SO FAR. I DID A TON A RESEARCH AND IT HAD GREAT RATINGS. I WAS LIMITED IN THE DEPTH AND HEIGHT I HAD TO WORK WITH BUT WANTED A BIG CAPACITY. THIS WASHER FIT THE BILL. YES, STORAGE PED COSTLY BUT TOTALLY WORTH IT.

I enjoy the many cycles the machine has. It is also interesting how the machine detects the load size automatically. Already had one leak incident. Have to be careful to train all those using machine to be careful to dry the seals.

This product is ok it has its pros and cons but overall a ok buy.

No complaints here. Works as advertised. Very easy to load and run. Controls are well laid out and very easy to understand and use even without reading the directions. Steam is an added great bonus. Close come out great!

Broke 15 days after warranty ended. Wasted $900. First it stopped spinning, then after troubleshooting per website, it will not come on anymore. Negative stars.

2nd LG washer. This upgrade is awesome. Simple to use. Great new cycles that makes things quicker and cleaner. Like the sanitary, turbo wash and the options for delicates. No issues to date. Great Product.

Do all the research you want and you will keep returning to this machine. I know because I compared everything. Once you do all your research and come back to this model ... I will say Told you so...

Replaced my old washer for this one, has many functions and is alot bigger inside tub than my last washer. Highley recommend, so far so good after two weeks.

I bought the machine abou 6 weeks ago. Bestbuy deprived it and picked up the old one. On time, very fast and absolut reliable! The machine has a great volume and I'm also happy with the results so far.

I would recommend the LG washer. I found that most things could be washed very well on permnent press cycle. Water temps were easy to adjust and the spin cycle did a great job reducing the time to dry.

This is a great washer with many optional functions that I have yet to try out. As far as efficient cleaning, I don't think you could find a better machine. Not only looks great, but works great too!

It shakes and loud still have to call LG to diagnose!!

I have zero issues with this machine so far. Only issue is that is may be a little pricey, and has a bunch of bells and whistles that are a bit too much for me. So if you want something to just wash clothes, nothing fancy, this is probably not for you.

I only purchase quality merchandise and always go to Best Buy. Customer service is excellent and the young people are so helpful and knowledgeable about products. Big plus so near where I reside.

Bought this last year after extensive research on consumer report- satisfied with this purchase along with the matching dryer. Note- washer does make significant knocking sound through the intake pipe while taking In water at the start of the cycle.
