We bought our first LG washer ten years ago. It was used by my daughter and her family when she was living with us. That washer was running four to six hours a day six days a week for two and one-half years and yes, it lasted for ten years. So, it was a no brainer for us to get a LG. The capacity, the quite of the wash, the quality of the wash is far beyond Excellent. I would recommend this to anyone who is or has to buy a washer.

It does everything it promises and more! Fits a king sized comforter no problem. Cleans everything well, weighs the load before adding water, can pick the "soiled" level of clothing.

This is our 2nd LG Front load washer. Very pleased with both. The steam and trubo-wash features are helpful, save time, better cleaning.

I would recoomend this washer for every household it is so it easy to use, I thought 14 cycles was to many initially but I have found the various cycles useful for all my family needs.

I owned the previous version, LG WM3001HRA: Ultra Capacity SteamWasher™, it finally beat itself to death so we decided to upgrade to this new LG. It is almost identical. The settings are a little more complex but still easy to read and understand. It shakes a little louder at the start of every load, but nothing serious or to be concerned about. Other than that it is identical to the previous version. You still need to wipe it down and keep the door open when not in use.

I guess since I've always used a top load washer that you had to get used to using a lot of water. Since I've gotten this LG I no longer see the soap ring near the top my slop sink. The clothes come out very clean and the spin cycle does such a good job that the dryer doesn't need to work as hard (although I'm sure having a new dryer also has a role in the quick drying times). Only minor complaint is the finish chime isn't loud enough for wife and I to hear it in the basement compared to the old-school buzzer in the old unit. However, the water, energy and time savings greatly outweigh that.

Was not sure about a front load or new top loads. Not a lot of choice out there. After 2 months of washing clothes I am very happy with the choice. A Great Washer!

this size of washer could fit more than a king size comforter.

I love this machine. My clothes come out so clean. Only drawback it takes over an hour to do laundry but hey at least my clothes are clean!

The LG brand is great, very efficient and full of features. Best Buy experience was very good, nothing bad to say.

My rating is really 4.5, but because I had to choose between 4 and 5, I chose 4 since I have not yet used this washer for an extended period of time. From the use I have made, the washer has lived up to my expectations. It appears to be a very good product. I especially like the performance of the spin dry cycle - which leaves the clothes very dry, which saves on the cost of using our dryer. Only time will tell whether or not the washer will be reliable or will need frequent repair.

We just replaced our 10 year old GE washer and dryer set. We got the LG at a great price during 4th of the July sale. Love that you can customize all the wash cycles. The little magnet they have to hold the washer door open to air it out is a great feature. Best Buy deliver was also quick and delivery people were very friendly.

This washer is so quiet. It is perfect since I just have a "little closet" off the hallway for my washer and dryer but you can't even here this running.

This washing machine has been great thus far. The only negative I have is that a load of laundry takes an hour to do now. With that said, the capacity is larger so I am doing fewer loads overall. I haven't noticed any funky smells, but also leave the door partially open after I wash clothes. I'll be sure to update my review if I have any other comments or concerns!

Upgraded from a pretty old washer and this thing is phenomenal! No more tangled clothes and disappearing socks! So quiet I forget it's even there!

I load this and a second washer almost daily. It holds up and spin dries really well. Minimal drying required. Saves on drying.
